paritetik p\u00ebr mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb barabarta p\u00ebrb\u00ebn instrumentin q\u00eb ka p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb t\u00eb formuloj\u00eb dhe ndjek\u00eb projekte t\u00eb veprimit pozitiv q\u00eb synojn\u00eb t\u00eb garantojn\u00eb heqjen e t\u00eb gjitha pengesave q\u00eb ndalojn\u00eb arritjen e mund\u00ebsive t\u00eb barabarta burr\u00eb\/grua n\u00eb pun\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim Komisioni, duke p\u00ebrdorur instrumentet e parashikuara nga dekreti legjislativ D.Lgjs. 198\/2006 aktivizohet p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndjekur edhe rrug\u00ebn e vet\u00eb projekteve si n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e pranimit n\u00eb financimet e parashikuara nga ligji i p\u00ebrmendur m\u00eb sip\u00ebr ashtu edhe n\u00eb zbatimin e tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Komisioni paritetik p\u00ebr Mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb Barabarta \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga 6 an\u00ebtar\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb Shoqatat e pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve dhe 6 p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb Federatat Sindikale t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do t\u00eb caktohen nga pal\u00ebt p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendura m\u00eb sip\u00ebr brenda 30 (tridhjet\u00eb) dit\u00ebve nga n\u00ebnshkrimi i kontrat\u00ebs C.C.N.L.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr \u00e7do p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues mund t\u00eb caktohet nj\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selia operative e Grupit t\u00eb Pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr Mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb Barabarta do t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb Selin\u00eb e Organizmit Bilateral Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Sektorit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me funksionimin e Komisionit, vet\u00eb Komisioni mund t\u00eb kujdeset p\u00ebr vendimet e veta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Komisionit, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, si rregull n\u00eb tremujorin e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7do viti, do t&#8217;u raportojn\u00eb pal\u00ebve n\u00ebnshkruese, n\u00eb nj\u00eb takim t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, rezultatet e pun\u00ebs s\u00eb kryer dhe sidoqoft\u00eb tre muaj para skadimit t\u00eb kontrat\u00ebs do t&#8217;u paraqesin vet\u00eb pal\u00ebve nj\u00eb raport p\u00ebrfundimtar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Komisionit i ngarkohen k\u00ebto detyra:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>t\u00eb studioj\u00eb evolucionin cil\u00ebsor dhe sasior t\u00eb pun\u00ebsimit t\u00eb femrave n\u00eb sektor, duke p\u00ebrdorur t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb ndara sipas gjinis\u00eb, nivelit t\u00eb inkuadrimit profesional dhe tipologjis\u00eb s\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe ato t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunuara nga Observatori i tregut t\u00eb pun\u00ebs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>t\u00eb ndjek\u00eb evoluimin e legjislacionit italian, evropian dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar n\u00eb lidhje me mund\u00ebsit\u00eb e barabarta t\u00eb pun\u00ebs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>t\u00eb promovoj\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrje t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb leht\u00ebsuar rifutjen n\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs t\u00eb grave ose burrave q\u00eb d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb t\u00eb rifillojn\u00eb aktivitetin pas nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrprerjeje t\u00eb aktivitetit n\u00eb pun\u00eb, duke favorizuar gjithashtu p\u00ebrdorimin e instrumentit t\u00eb kontrat\u00ebs s\u00eb futjes\/rifutjes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>t\u00eb identifikoj\u00eb iniciativa azhurnimi dhe formimi profesional, edhe me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb ruaj\u00eb profesionalizmin e atyre q\u00eb rifillojn\u00eb aktivitetin e pun\u00ebs pas rasteve t\u00eb mungesave, t\u00eb largimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm, dhe lejes, si\u00e7 parashikohet nga ligji n. 53 i dat\u00ebs 8 mars 2000;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatis\u00eb projekte t\u00eb Veprimit Pozitiv q\u00eb synojn\u00eb favorizimin e pun\u00ebsimit t\u00eb femrave dhe rritjes profesionale, duke p\u00ebrdorur edhe mund\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb ofron dekreti legjislativ D.Lgjs. 198\/2006 dhe nga Fondet komunitare t\u00eb caktuara;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>t\u00eb favorizoj\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrje efikase p\u00ebr parandalimin e akteve t\u00eb sjelljes s\u00eb <em>mobbing<\/em>-ut n\u00eb sistemin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve t\u00eb pun\u00ebs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>t\u00eb analizoj\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat sasiore dhe cil\u00ebsore q\u00eb do t\u00eb vijn\u00eb nga organizmat paritetik\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me procedurat dhe zgjidhjet e p\u00ebrcaktuara n\u00eb lidhje me ngacmimin seksual;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>t\u00eb mbledh\u00eb dhe analizoj\u00eb iniciativat dhe rezultatet e arritura n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb veprimeve pozitive, duke favorizuar iniciativat e lidhura me marr\u00ebveshjet e p\u00ebrmendura n\u00eb nenin 9 t\u00eb ligjit n. 53 t\u00eb 8 marsit 2000 dhe p\u00ebrhapjen e praktikave t\u00eb mira;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktoj\u00eb iniciativa q\u00eb synojn\u00eb kap\u00ebrcimin e \u00e7do forme diskriminimi n\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb lidhje me pag\u00ebn dhe aksesin n\u00eb formimin profesional.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Aderimi eventual i nd\u00ebrmarrjeve n\u00eb skemat e projekteve t\u00eb formimit profesional t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara dhe pranuara bashk\u00ebrisht nga Organizatat n\u00ebnshkruese t\u00eb Kontrat\u00ebs Komb\u00ebtare, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat pal\u00ebt do t\u00eb promovojn\u00eb njohjen e tyre, p\u00ebrb\u00ebn t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr aplikimin e p\u00ebrfitimeve t\u00eb parashikuara nga dispozitat ligjore n\u00eb fuqi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Komisioni do t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer detyrat e tij, t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e ofruara nga Observatori Komb\u00ebtar.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Komisioni mblidhet zakonisht \u00e7do tre muaj ose me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebs nga pal\u00ebt, i kryesuar me radh\u00eb nga nj\u00eb an\u00ebtar i t\u00eb dy grupeve dhe vendos nj\u00ebz\u00ebri p\u00ebr zbatimin e detyrave t\u00eb sip\u00ebrp\u00ebrmendura.
