Sigurimet shoq\u00ebrore plot\u00ebsuese\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-clear'><\/div>\n\n\t<\/a>\n\t\n<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-faq-body' >\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-post-margin ewd-ufaq-faq-post'>\n\t\n<p>Pal\u00ebt n\u00ebnshkruese bien dakord p\u00ebr mund\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb favorizojn\u00eb sigurimet shoq\u00ebrore plot\u00ebsuese p\u00ebr pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e sektorit dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim ata bien dakord t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb zgjidhjet m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme zbatuese p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim, duke realizuar nj\u00eb disiplin\u00eb p\u00ebr kontribut t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar dhe kapitalizim individual, pa q\u00ebllime fitimprur\u00ebse dhe me q\u00ebllim ekskluziv q\u00eb t\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb sh\u00ebrbime pensioni plot\u00ebsues, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb Dekretit legjislativ 252\/2005 dhe modifikimeve dhe integrimeve t\u00eb m\u00ebvonshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsohen punonj\u00ebsit q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb prov\u00eb, t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrhershme ose me kontrata me shkaqe t\u00eb p\u00ebrziera dhe kur marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnia e pun\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb cilave rregullohet nga kjo kontrat\u00eb C.C.N.L.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Punonj\u00ebsit e pun\u00ebsuar me kontrat\u00eb me afat t\u00eb caktuar, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt grumbullojn\u00eb gjat\u00eb vitit kalendarik jo m\u00eb pak se gjasht\u00eb muaj (1 janar &#8211; 31 dhjetor) periudha pune, do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsohen pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe. Pal\u00ebt rezervojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb, brenda fush\u00ebveprimit t\u00eb dispozitave t\u00eb tyre statusore\/rregulluese, kushtet dhe modalitetet n\u00eb lidhje me mbajtjen e pozicioneve t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre punonj\u00ebsve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pjes\u00ebmarrja e punonj\u00ebsit do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb vullnetare, ose n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet mekanizmit t\u00eb heshtje-miratim, si\u00e7 p\u00ebrcaktohet n\u00eb nenin 8, paragrafi i shtat\u00eb, i Dekretit legjislativ n. 252\/2005.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontributet, brenda kufijve t\u00eb zbritjes tatimore t\u00eb parashikuara nga normativa ligjore p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, do t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebhen nga:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) 1%, n\u00eb ngarkim t\u00eb Nd\u00ebrmarrjes, i llogaritur mbi rrog\u00ebn baz\u00eb dhe kompensimin e kostos s\u00eb jetes\u00ebs nga data 1\/1\/2001; (sipas tabel\u00ebs s\u00eb bashk\u00eblidhur);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) 1%, n\u00eb ngarkim t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit, i llogaritur mbi rrog\u00ebn baz\u00eb dhe kompensimin e kostos s\u00eb jetes\u00ebs nga data 1\/1\/2001;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) T.F.R. (trajtimi i fundit t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnies, ose likuidimi) i maturuar gjat\u00eb vitit nga punonj\u00ebsit e interesuar sipas normativave ligjore n\u00eb fuqi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Punonj\u00ebsi mund t\u00eb zgjedh\u00eb t\u00eb derdh\u00eb nj\u00eb kontribut t\u00eb m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm, me shpenzimet e tij t\u00eb vetme, n\u00eb shum\u00ebn dhe me kriteret e p\u00ebrcaktuara nga Statutet dhe Rregulloret e fondeve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me paragrafin 9 t\u00eb k\u00ebtij neni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontributet e sip\u00ebrp\u00ebrmendura, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb shumat e t\u00ebrhequra nga T.F.R., do t\u00eb mbahen n\u00eb burim me rastin e pages\u00ebs s\u00eb kompetencave t\u00eb \u00e7do muaji p\u00ebr dymb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb muaj dhe do t\u00eb derdhen sipas kushteve dhe modaliteteve q\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohen n\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjen e sip\u00ebrp\u00ebrmendur t\u00eb themelimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontributet n\u00eb ngarkim t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjeve do t\u00eb paguhen vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr punonj\u00ebsit e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsuar pa shkaktuar trajtime z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuese ose alternative n\u00eb rast se punonj\u00ebsi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i regjistruar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur shp\u00ebrndarjen e pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve n\u00eb fondet e ndryshme ekzistuese dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrftuar shp\u00ebrndarjen maksimale t\u00eb sigurimeve shoq\u00ebrore plot\u00ebsuese n\u00eb sektor duke garantuar n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb homogjenitin e trajtimit nd\u00ebrmjet t\u00eb gjith\u00eb punonj\u00ebsve potencial\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs, pal\u00ebt n\u00ebnshkruese bien dakord q\u00eb Fondet e Pensioneve te t\u00eb cilat nd\u00ebrmarrjet jan\u00eb t\u00eb detyruara t\u00eb derdhin kontributet, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb sasive t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendura n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nen, do t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me parashikimet e nenit 8, paragrafi 7, germa b), t\u00eb D.lgjsl. 252\/2005, vet\u00ebm ata si n\u00eb vijim:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PREVIAMBIENTE, p\u00ebr punonj\u00ebsit e nd\u00ebrmarrjeve q\u00eb i p\u00ebrkasin ANIP-it si\u00e7 parashikohet n\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjen e dat\u00ebs 8 qershor 2007 (<strong>aneksi n. 18<\/strong> i k\u00ebsaj kontrate C.C.N.L.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FONDAPI, p\u00ebr punonj\u00ebsit e nd\u00ebrmarrjeve q\u00eb i p\u00ebrkasin CONFAPI-it si\u00e7 parashikohet n\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjen e dat\u00ebs 23 shkurt 2005 (<strong>aneksi n. 19<\/strong> i k\u00ebsaj kontrate C.C.N.L.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PREVIDENZA COOPERATIVA, p\u00ebr punonj\u00ebsit e nd\u00ebrmarrjeve kooperative n\u00eb sektorin e parashikuar nga protokolli shtes\u00eb i dat\u00ebs 16 shkurt 2007 (<strong>aneksi n. 17<\/strong> i k\u00ebsaj kontrate C.C.N.L.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb rast se nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrje ose nj\u00eb kooperativ\u00eb nuk i bashkohet asnj\u00eb prej Shoqatave Sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebse q\u00eb kan\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar k\u00ebt\u00eb kontrat\u00eb C.C.N.L., punonj\u00ebsit kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsohen n\u00eb nj\u00eb nga Fondet e sip\u00ebrp\u00ebrmendura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket kuot\u00ebs suplementare t\u00eb pensioneve t\u00eb paguara nga pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi, ajo n\u00eb \u00e7do rast do t\u00eb njihet n\u00eb rastin e pun\u00ebsimit t\u00eb pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve t\u00eb regjistruar tashm\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb nga fondet e listuara m\u00eb sip\u00ebr si rrjedhim i kalimit t\u00eb kontrat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuota do t\u00eb njihet edhe n\u00eb rastin e pun\u00ebsimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebsi t\u00eb regjistruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb fond tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb mbyllur t\u00eb sektorit, me kusht q\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjet q\u00eb lidhen me k\u00ebt\u00eb fond tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb parashikojn\u00eb kushtin e reciprocitetit p\u00ebr punonj\u00ebsit e regjistruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb nga fondet e listuara m\u00eb sip\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top'>\n\t\n\t<a class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top-link'>\n\t\tKthehu lart\t<\/a>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>B Neni 54 &#8211;
