posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht detyrat e mbik\u00ebqyrjes, ruajtjes dhe kontrollit, jasht\u00eb rasteve t\u00eb parashikuara n\u00eb pik\u00ebn e) t\u00eb germ\u00ebs s\u00eb m\u00ebposhtme B);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e) mungesa t\u00eb pajustifikuara t\u00eb zgjatura p\u00ebrtej 4 dit\u00ebve radhazi ose mungesat e p\u00ebrs\u00ebritura tri her\u00eb n\u00eb vit n\u00eb dit\u00ebn pas festave ose pushimeve vjetore;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>f) d\u00ebnimi me mas\u00ebn e burgimit q\u00eb i jepet punonj\u00ebsit, me sentenc\u00eb t\u00eb form\u00ebs s\u00eb prer\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb kryera pas marrjes n\u00eb pun\u00eb, jo n\u00eb lidhje me kryerjen e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnies s\u00eb pun\u00ebs, q\u00eb cenojn\u00eb figur\u00ebn morale t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>g) p\u00ebrs\u00ebritjen e fajit n\u00eb \u00e7donj\u00ebr\u00ebn nga shkeljet e parashikuara n\u00eb nenin 47, kur jan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb dy masa pezullimi n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me nenin 47, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 atyre q\u00eb parashikohen n\u00eb paragrafin e fundit t\u00eb nenit 46.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:uppercase\"><strong>B) Pushim nga puna pa paralajm\u00ebrim<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kjo mas\u00eb zbatohet p\u00ebr punonj\u00ebsin q\u00eb i shkakton nd\u00ebrmarrjes nj\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb moral ose material ose q\u00eb zhdukje fshehurazi t\u00eb objekteve ose dokumenteve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjes ose t\u00eb klientit;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d) d\u00ebmtim me dashje i materialeve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjes ose materialeve t\u00eb klientit;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e) braktisje t\u00eb vendit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs nga i cili mund ndodh\u00eb si rrjedhim d\u00ebmtimi i siguris\u00eb s\u00eb personave ose i siguris\u00eb s\u00eb impianteve apo n\u00eb \u00e7do rast kryerja e veprimeve q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat d\u00ebme;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>f) pirjen e duhanit kur kjo mund t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb siguris\u00eb s\u00eb personave ose t\u00eb siguris\u00eb s\u00eb impianteve;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>g) kryerjen pa leje t\u00eb punimeve n\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrje dhe p\u00ebr llogarin\u00eb e vet apo t\u00eb pal\u00ebve t\u00eb treta, n\u00eb nj\u00eb mas\u00eb jo t\u00eb vog\u00ebl dhe\/ose me p\u00ebrdorimin e materialit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjes;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>h) grindje brenda reparteve ku zhvillohen punimet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:uppercase\"><strong>C) Pushim nga puna pa paralajm\u00ebrim dhe me mbajtje nga rroga<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kjo mas\u00eb vlen p\u00ebr nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebs i cili pa asnj\u00eb justifikim nuk paraqitet n\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr 10 dit\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme duke filluar nga dita e fundit e prezenc\u00ebs s\u00eb konfirmuar, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebshtu i pagjindsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast largimi nga puna pa paralajm\u00ebrim, pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi do t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb n\u00eb burim, si gjob\u00eb, nj\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb barabart\u00eb me shtes\u00ebn z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuese t\u00eb paralajm\u00ebrimit, t\u00eb duhur p\u00ebr pushimin nga
