n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast periudhat e pushimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendura n\u00eb paragrafin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm mund t\u00eb g\u00ebzohen brenda 6 muajve pas muajit n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin \u00ebsht\u00eb kryer sh\u00ebrbimi, me kusht q\u00eb personi i interesuar t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb me an\u00ebn e nj\u00eb njoftimi t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn pes\u00eb dit\u00eb p\u00ebrpara dhe t\u00eb mos mungoj\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb e p\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn arsye m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 3% e personelit, dhe t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb pengesa n\u00eb at\u00eb moment sipas nevojave objektive dhe t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuara t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjes, n\u00eb lidhje me mos z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimin p\u00ebr detyrat q\u00eb kryen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb rast se afati i njoftimit nuk respektohet, or\u00ebt e k\u00ebrkuara t\u00eb pushimit do t\u00eb jepen n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me nevojat e nd\u00ebrmarrjes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00ebse n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme dhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nevojave teknike dhe prodhuese do t\u00eb jet\u00eb i pamundur rikuperimi me pushim kompensues, brenda 12 muajve, i or\u00ebve t\u00eb grumbulluara, shuma p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse do t&#8217;i paguhet punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb interesuar n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb pag\u00ebs p\u00ebr or\u00ebt n\u00eb fuqi n\u00eb at\u00eb dat\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00ebnkuptohet se n\u00eb rast ndryshimi t\u00eb kontrat\u00ebs do t\u00eb paguhen or\u00ebt q\u00eb lidhen me pushimin kompensues t\u00eb pashfryt\u00ebzuara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket artikulimit t\u00eb orarit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs n\u00eb baza shum\u00ebperiudh\u00ebshe p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbimet e pastrimit n\u00eb impiantet industriale, pranohen kushtet m\u00eb t\u00eb favorshme ekzistuese.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00ebse n\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrje lind nevoja p\u00ebr t\u00eb aktivizuar institucionin e Bank\u00ebs s\u00eb Or\u00ebve p\u00ebr nevoja t\u00eb ndryshme nga ato t\u00eb identifikuara m\u00eb sip\u00ebr, n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb, e nj\u00ebjta nd\u00ebrmarrje me R.S.U.-n\u00eb dhe, aty ku nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar ende, me R.S.A.-n\u00eb s\u00eb bashku me Organizatat sindikale (OO.SS.) q\u00eb kan\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar k\u00ebt\u00eb kontrat\u00eb C.C.N.L., ose me Organizatat sindikale (OO.SS.) q\u00eb kan\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar k\u00ebt\u00eb C.C.N.L., do t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjes. N\u00eb \u00e7do rast, k\u00ebto marr\u00ebveshje duhet t\u00eb vendosen n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje t\u00eb plot\u00eb me q\u00ebllimet dhe p\u00ebrmbajtjet e p\u00ebrcaktuara n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nen.
