bashk\u00eblidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb kontrat\u00eb C.C.N.L.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:uppercase\"><strong>Sfera e aplikimit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Praktika \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie pune specifike me shkaqe t\u00eb p\u00ebrziera, q\u00eb ka si q\u00ebllim arritjen, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nj\u00eb formimi specifik, t\u00eb nj\u00eb kualifikimi n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet formimit adekuat q\u00eb synon p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsimin e aft\u00ebsive baz\u00eb, transversale dhe tekniko-profesionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Periudha e praktik\u00ebs lejohet p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha kualifikimet dhe detyrat e p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb nivelet II deri n\u00eb VII.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:uppercase\"><strong>Pun\u00ebsimi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontrata e praktik\u00ebs profesionalizuese duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb shkruar duke p\u00ebrcaktuar aktivitetin e pun\u00ebs q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb objekt i kontrat\u00ebs, periudh\u00ebn e prov\u00ebs, nivelin e inkuadrimit fillestar, t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebm (kur parashikohet) dhe p\u00ebrfundimtar t\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatjes, s\u00eb planit individual t\u00eb formimit dhe t\u00eb kualifikimit, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb fitohet n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnies s\u00eb pun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Numri i praktikant\u00ebve n\u00eb forc\u00eb q\u00eb pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebsoj\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb i lart\u00eb se 100% t\u00eb fuqis\u00eb pun\u00ebtore t\u00eb specializuar dhe t\u00eb kualifikuar, duke iu referuar kontrat\u00ebs ose sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:uppercase\"><strong>Limitet e mosh\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontrata e praktik\u00ebs profesionalizuese mund t\u00eb vendoset me t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb mbushur mosh\u00ebn q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihet nga 18 deri n\u00eb 29 vje\u00e7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontrata e praktik\u00ebs profesionalizuese mund t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruhet edhe me t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb mbushur mosh\u00ebn 17 vje\u00e7 dhe kan\u00eb nj\u00eb kualifikim profesional t\u00eb marr\u00eb n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb ligjit 28.3.2003 n. 53.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:uppercase\"><strong>Periudha e prov\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koh\u00ebzgjatja maksimale e periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb prov\u00ebs p\u00ebr praktikant\u00ebt caktohet n\u00eb 30 dit\u00eb pune efektive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb prov\u00ebs, e drejta p\u00ebr t&#8217;u t\u00ebrhequr nga kontrata n\u00eb \u00e7do koh\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb reciproke, pa detyrim paralajm\u00ebrimi ose n\u00eb lidhje me kompensim z\u00ebvend\u00ebsues ose me t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e pages\u00ebs s\u00eb trajtimit p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfundimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve n\u00eb pun\u00eb dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebsteve t\u00eb pagesave mujore shtes\u00eb dhe t\u00eb pushimeve, me kusht q\u00eb ato t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb maturuara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:uppercase\"><strong>Koh\u00ebzgjatja<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnia e praktik\u00ebs p\u00ebrfundon n\u00eb lidhje me kualifikimet q\u00eb duhen arritur sipas afateve t\u00eb skadimit t\u00eb treguara m\u00eb posht\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koh\u00ebzgjatja maksimale e kontrat\u00ebs s\u00eb praktik\u00ebs (stazhit) paraqitet n\u00eb tabel\u00ebn e rresht, periudha e praktik\u00ebs do t\u00eb zgjatet n\u00eb nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb t\u00eb barabart\u00eb me koh\u00ebzgjatjen e munges\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr punonj\u00ebsit me destinacion p\u00ebrfundimtar duke filluar nga niveli V deri n\u00eb nivelin VII, q\u00eb kan\u00eb nj\u00eb diplom\u00eb q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me profesionin q\u00eb do t\u00eb fitojn\u00eb, koh\u00ebzgjatja do t\u00eb zvog\u00eblohet 6 muaj; n\u00ebse zot\u00ebron nj\u00eb diplom\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me profesionin q\u00eb do t\u00eb fitohet, koh\u00ebzgjatja do t\u00eb zvog\u00eblohet 12 muaj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb nivel territorial, pal\u00ebt do t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb parashikojn\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr situata specifike profesionale dhe\/ose operative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nd\u00ebrmarrjet marrin p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajn\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 65% t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsve q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar kontrat\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb praktik\u00ebs brenda 24 muajve t\u00eb m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim nuk llogariten punonj\u00ebsit q\u00eb kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb dor\u00ebheqjen, t\u00eb pushuarit nga puna p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe ata q\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb stazhit (praktik\u00ebs) kan\u00eb refuzuar propozimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00ebndruar n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kufizimi i m\u00ebsip\u00ebrm nuk aplikohet kur n\u00eb dy vitet e m\u00ebparshme ka skaduar nj\u00eb kontrat\u00eb e vetme e praktik\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:uppercase\"><strong>Gjykimi p\u00ebr konformitetin<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi dhe nx\u00ebn\u00ebsi n\u00eb ekonomi, me asistenc\u00ebn e organizatave p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese te t\u00eb cilat b\u00ebjn\u00eb pjes\u00eb ose u japin nj\u00eb mandat, mund t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb nga Enti bilateral territorial mendimin e konformitetit p\u00ebr kontrat\u00ebn e periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb m\u00ebsimit t\u00eb profesionit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb kontraktimin territorial do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb bihet dakord, n\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje me administratat kompetente t\u00eb territorit, q\u00eb t&#8217;i besohet sistemit t\u00eb enteve bilaterale verifikimi i konformitetit t\u00eb m\u00ebsimit t\u00eb praktikant\u00ebve me kuadrin e formimit q\u00eb lidhet me kualifikimin q\u00eb do t\u00eb fitohet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:uppercase\"><strong>Njohja e periudhave t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme t\u00eb praktik\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Periudha e stazhit (praktik\u00ebs) t\u00eb kryer n\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjet e tjera do t\u00eb llogaritet te nd\u00ebrmarrja e re, pa cenuar koh\u00ebzgjatjen minimale t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar nga legjislacioni n\u00eb fuqi, p\u00ebr q\u00ebllimin e plot\u00ebsimit t\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb parashikuar nga kjo kontrat\u00eb, me kusht q\u00eb stazhi t&#8217;i referohet t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtave aktivitete dhe t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb ndodhur, nd\u00ebrmjet nj\u00eb periudhe dhe tjetr\u00ebs, nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrprerje prej m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb vit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb rast se akumulohen disa marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie, or\u00ebt e formimit do t\u00eb jen\u00eb proporcionale n\u00eb raport me periudh\u00ebn e mbetur t\u00eb praktik\u00ebs q\u00eb duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb njohjen e akumulimit t\u00eb periudhave t\u00eb praktik\u00ebs t\u00eb kryera m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrje t\u00eb tjera, praktikanti duhet t\u00eb dokumentoj\u00eb, n\u00eb momentin e pun\u00ebsimit, periudhat e p\u00ebrfunduara tashm\u00eb dhe frekuentimin e kurseve t\u00eb formimit t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Periudha e praktik\u00ebs do t\u00eb paraqitet n\u00eb librez\u00ebn e formimit me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb demonstrimit t\u00eb aktiviteteve t\u00eb kryera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb rast t\u00eb nd\u00ebrprerjes s\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnies, praktikantit do t&#8217;i l\u00ebshohet nga nd\u00ebrmarrja nj\u00eb dokument q\u00eb v\u00ebrteton periudhat e stazhit t\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduara deri n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:uppercase\"><strong>Formimi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parimet e pranuara n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kapitull synojn\u00eb t\u00eb garantojn\u00eb nj\u00eb aplikim uniform n\u00eb territorin komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb rregullave mbi formimin n\u00eb praktik\u00ebn e profesionalizimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duke pasur parasysh se rregullimi i profileve formuese t\u00eb praktikave t\u00eb profesionalizimit u \u00ebsht\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb Rajoneve n\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje me Shoqatat e pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve dhe t\u00eb pun\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve, dhe se n\u00eb form\u00eb transitore rregullorja e p\u00ebrmendur i \u00ebsht\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb kontrat\u00ebs C.C.N.L., \u00ebsht\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord si m\u00eb posht\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sasia e or\u00ebve t\u00eb formimit formal do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e barabart\u00eb me 120 or\u00eb n\u00eb vit dhe do t\u00eb artikulohet n\u00eb formime baz\u00eb, transversale dhe tekniko-profesionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar si formim baz\u00eb dhe transversal ai q\u00eb synon t\u00eb m\u00ebsoj\u00eb nocionet e higjien\u00ebs, siguris\u00eb dhe parandalimit t\u00eb aksidenteve n\u00eb pun\u00eb, njohjen e t\u00eb drejtave dhe detyrave n\u00eb Do t\u00eb vendoset n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb itinerarit formues, formimi n\u00eb lidhje me nocionet e higjien\u00ebs, siguris\u00eb dhe parandalimit t\u00eb aksidenteve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Profilet formuese p\u00ebrcaktohen n\u00eb aneksin 9, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebse e k\u00ebsaj kontrate. Ai duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me normativat ligjore dhe rregulloret e parashikuara n\u00eb nivel territorial. P\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjes p\u00ebr ofrimin brenda t\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebs nd\u00ebrmarrje t\u00eb krejt planit t\u00eb formimit do t\u00eb merren parasysh: burimet njer\u00ebzore t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr transferimin e aft\u00ebsive, tutor\u00ebt me formim dhe kompetenca adekuate, si dhe lokalet e p\u00ebrshtatshme n\u00eb lidhje me objektivat formues dhe dimensionet e nd\u00ebrmarrjes.
