Asete kontraktuese\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-clear'><\/div>\n\n\t<\/a>\n\t\n<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-faq-body' >\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-post-margin ewd-ufaq-faq-post'>\n\t\n<p>Pal\u00ebt n\u00ebnshkruese p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb dy nivele kontraktuese:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>nj\u00eb kontrat\u00eb kolektive komb\u00ebtare pune;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nj\u00eb nivel t\u00eb dyt\u00eb kontraktues, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb klauzolave specifike p\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse, p\u00ebr pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e paregjistruar n\u00eb sindikat\u00eb, t\u00eb vet\u00eb kontrat\u00ebs C.C.N.L.\u00a0dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me kriteret dhe procedurat q\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohen nga kjo kontrat\u00eb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:uppercase\"><strong>Kontrata kolektive komb\u00ebtare e pun\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kjo kontrat\u00eb kolektive komb\u00ebtare ka nj\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje trevje\u00e7are si p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebn ekonomike ashtu edhe p\u00ebr at\u00eb normative; ajo disiplinon t\u00eb gjith\u00eb element\u00ebt e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnies s\u00eb pun\u00ebs, duke p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb burim rregullimi t\u00eb aspekteve normative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebrcakton gjithashtu edhe trajtimin e pag\u00ebs baz\u00eb me nj\u00eb funksion specifik garancie n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb ruajtjes s\u00eb fuqis\u00eb bler\u00ebse t\u00eb pagave kontraktuese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontrata C.C.N.L. identifikon, p\u00ebr kontraktimet e nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb, l\u00ebnd\u00ebt, subjektet e kualifikuar dhe afatet, pasi t\u00eb jepen garancit\u00eb e duhura procedurale, n\u00eb fushat dhe me aft\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrs\u00ebriten n\u00eb krahasim me ato t\u00eb nivelit komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:uppercase\"><strong>Procedurat p\u00ebr rinovimin e kontrat\u00ebs kolektive komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb pun\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Propozimet p\u00ebr rinovimin e kontrat\u00ebs C.C.N.L. do t\u00eb paraqiten n\u00eb afatin e duhur p\u00ebr t\u00eb lejuar hapjen e negociatave gjasht\u00eb muaj p\u00ebrpara skadimit t\u00eb kontrat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pala q\u00eb ka marr\u00eb propozimet e rinovimit duhet t\u00eb jap\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje brenda nj\u00ebzet dit\u00ebsh duke filluar nga data e marrjes s\u00eb tyre, edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord p\u00ebr vendosjen e nj\u00eb takimi. Gjat\u00eb gjasht\u00eb muajve paraardh\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb muajin pas skadimit t\u00eb kontrat\u00ebs C.C.N.L. dhe n\u00eb \u00e7do rast p\u00ebr nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme prej shtat\u00eb muajsh nga paraqitja e propozimeve t\u00eb rinovimit, pal\u00ebt nuk do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrin iniciativa t\u00eb nj\u00ebanshme dhe as nuk do t\u00eb procedojn\u00eb me veprime t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejta, n\u00eb lidhje me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e pazgjidhur kontraktuese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb rast t\u00eb mosrespektimit t\u00eb pushimit t\u00eb konfliktit sindikal t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar m\u00eb sip\u00ebr, mund t\u00eb ushtrohet e drejta p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar revokimin ose pezullimin e veprimit t\u00eb zbatuar; at\u00ebher\u00eb kur revokimi ose pezullimi nuk jan\u00eb zbatuar, data e hyrjes n\u00eb fuqi e kontrat\u00ebs C.C.N.L. dhe e marr\u00ebveshjeve eventuale t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb do t\u00eb shtyhet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb muaj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb respektuar koh\u00ebt dhe procedurat e p\u00ebrcaktuara \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb si kusht, me modalitetet e p\u00ebrcaktuara n\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjen e rinovimit, aplikimi i mekanizmit q\u00eb njeh nj\u00eb mbulimin ekonomik nga data e skadimit t\u00eb kontrat\u00ebs s\u00eb m\u00ebparshme n\u00eb favor t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsve n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim duke filluar nga data e arritjes s\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb rinovimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:uppercase\"><strong>Kontraktimi i Nivelit t\u00eb Dyt\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pal\u00ebt, me k\u00ebt\u00eb rinovim kontraktues, kan\u00eb ndar\u00eb nj\u00eb model kontraktimi t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb q\u00eb ka si q\u00ebllim rritjen e sektorit edhe n\u00eb kuadrin e p\u00ebrqasjes dhe t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve sindikale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E drejta p\u00ebr kontraktimet e nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb ushtrohet nga strukturat territoriale t\u00eb organizatave sindikale (OO.SS.) komb\u00ebtare q\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruajn\u00eb kontrat\u00ebn C.C.N.L..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nd\u00ebrmarrjet asistohen dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsohen nga Shoqatat kompetente territoriale t\u00eb organizatave n\u00ebnshkruese t\u00eb pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb regjistruar ose q\u00eb u japin mandatin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontraktimi i nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb ka funksionin e negocimit t\u00eb pagesave variab\u00ebl ekonomike q\u00eb lidhen me rezultatet e arritura n\u00eb realizimin e programeve t\u00eb vendosura nd\u00ebrmjet pal\u00ebve. K\u00ebta programe do t\u00eb ken\u00eb si objektiv rritjen e produktivitetit, cil\u00ebsis\u00eb, p\u00ebrfitimit, efikasitetit, novacionit, efektivitetit organizativ dhe elementeve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e aft\u00ebsis\u00eb konkurrenciale t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjes, si dhe rezultatet q\u00eb lidhen me ecurin\u00eb ekonomike t\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrje t\u00eb vetme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primi i rezultatit duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb karakteristika t\u00eb tilla q\u00eb t\u00eb lejojn\u00eb aplikimin e trajtimeve t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta t\u00eb kontributeve dhe fiskale t\u00eb parashikuara nga normativa ligjore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontraktimi i nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb ushtrohet p\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e deleguara, t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht ose pjes\u00ebrisht, nga kjo kontrat\u00eb C.C.N.L., si\u00e7 p\u00ebrcaktohet medoemos n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb paragraf ose nga ligji; duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me l\u00ebnd\u00eb dhe institute q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb negociuar tashm\u00eb n\u00eb nivele t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb kontraktimit, sipas parimit &#8220;<em>ne bis in idem<\/em>&#8221; (jo dy her\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb), p\u00ebrve\u00e7 rasteve t\u00eb parashikuara shprehimisht n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontrat\u00eb C.C.N.L..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>veprime n\u00eb favor t\u00eb personelit fem\u00ebror, duke zbatuar rekomandimin e KEE nr. 635\/1984 dhe t\u00eb D.Lgjs. 198\/2006, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me at\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje n\u00eb nivel komb\u00ebtar;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>veprime pozitive p\u00ebr fleksibilitetin sipas nenit 9 t\u00eb ligjit nr. 53\/2000;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>marr\u00ebveshjet n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e zhvillimit t\u00eb bilateralizmit (marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie dypal\u00ebshe), koherent dhe brenda kuadrit t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje n\u00eb nivel komb\u00ebtar;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>angazhimet e ndryshme formuese dhe modalitetet specifike t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb formimit t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm t\u00eb praktikant\u00ebve, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me nenin 12 t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kontrate C.C.N.L.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>monitorimin e shfryt\u00ebzimit t\u00eb or\u00ebve suplementare n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me at\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb parashikohet n\u00eb nenin 33 t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kontrate C.C.N.L.;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>marr\u00ebveshjet specifike p\u00ebr ndarjen e turneve\/orareve edhe p\u00ebr tipologji specifike t\u00eb tenderave t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb territor, n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb nj\u00eb organizimi m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>modalitetet shpjeguese t\u00eb aplikimit t\u00eb regjimeve t\u00eb fleksibilitetit t\u00eb parashikuara tashm\u00eb nga kjo kontrat\u00eb C.C.N.L. (Kontrata Kolektive Komb\u00ebtare e Pun\u00ebs)\u00a0dhe\/ose p\u00ebrcaktimin e mekanizmave t\u00eb rinj p\u00ebr tipologjit\u00eb e ve\u00e7anta t\u00eb tenderave t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb territor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>p\u00ebrcaktimin e zgjidhjeve q\u00eb synojn\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb mobilitetit (transferim me d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e punonj\u00ebsit) t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjes, edhe jasht\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs komunale;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>p\u00ebrcaktimin e masave q\u00eb synojn\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e kushteve t\u00eb pun\u00ebs edhe me q\u00ebllim p\u00ebr t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuar format eventuale anormale t\u00eb asenteizmit (mosparaqitjes n\u00eb pun\u00eb).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Marr\u00ebveshjet e nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb kan\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje trevje\u00e7are.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:uppercase\"><strong>Procedurat e rinovimit e t\u00eb administrimit t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marr\u00ebveshjet e nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb kan\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje trevje\u00e7are dhe jan\u00eb t\u00eb rinovueshme n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me parimin e autonomis\u00eb s\u00eb cikleve t\u00eb negociatave me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb shmangen mbivendosjet me koh\u00ebt e rinovimit t\u00eb kontrat\u00ebs kolektive komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00ebrkesat p\u00ebr rinovimin e marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb duhet t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruhen bashk\u00ebrisht nga subjektet e p\u00ebrcaktuara n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nen dhe t&#8217;i paraqiten Shoqat\u00ebs kompetente territoriale, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e duhur p\u00ebr t\u00eb lejuar hapjen e negociatave, tre muaj p\u00ebrpara skadimit t\u00eb vet\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pala q\u00eb ka marr\u00eb propozimet e rinovimit duhet t\u00eb jap\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje brenda 20 dit\u00ebsh duke filluar nga data e marrjes s\u00eb tyre edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord p\u00ebr vendosjen e nj\u00eb takimi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb kat\u00ebr mujore nga paraqitja e vet\u00eb k\u00ebrkesave, pal\u00ebt nuk do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrin iniciativa t\u00eb nj\u00ebanshme dhe as nuk do t\u00eb procedojn\u00eb me veprime t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejta, n\u00eb lidhje me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e pazgjidhur kontraktuese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontraktimi i nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb me p\u00ebrmbajtje ekonomike lejohet p\u00ebr vendosjen e nj\u00eb Primi t\u00eb Rezultatit t\u00eb llogaritur vet\u00ebm duke iu referuar rezultateve t\u00eb arritura n\u00eb realizimin e programeve t\u00eb r\u00ebna dakord n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me paragrafin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm &#8220;Kontraktimi i nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb&#8221; si dhe paragrafin pasues &#8220;Primi i rezultatit&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr q\u00ebllime t\u00eb identifikimit t\u00eb parametrave objektiv\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij neni, pal\u00ebt, duke pasur parasysh sesi sektori i nd\u00ebrmarrjeve t\u00eb pastrimit dhe multi-sh\u00ebrbime\/sh\u00ebrbime t\u00eb integruara \u00ebsht\u00eb i karakterizuar sigurisht nga &#8220;intensiteti i lart\u00eb i fuqis\u00eb pun\u00ebtore&#8221; dhe sesi burimi kryesor p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga puna, bien dakord t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb treguesin kryesor n\u00eb pranin\u00eb efektive n\u00eb pun\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim, dh\u00ebnia e primit t\u00eb rezultatit do t\u00eb jet\u00eb proporcionale n\u00eb raport me pranin\u00eb efektive t\u00eb pranis\u00eb s\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit, me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb periudhave t\u00eb munges\u00ebs p\u00ebr leje lindje, aksidenteve dhe aktiviteteve sindikaliste, n\u00eb konvergjenc\u00eb me cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e pun\u00ebs s\u00eb kryer, t\u00eb nevojshme me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb ruhen kontratat e prokurimit si dhe n\u00ebnshkrimin e kontratave t\u00eb reja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krijohet nj\u00eb komision konsultativ komb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer analiz\u00ebn e koherenc\u00ebs, n\u00eb lidhje me at\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nen, t\u00eb k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb paraqitura, t\u00eb ecuris\u00eb s\u00eb kontraktimeve dhe t\u00eb rezultateve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse. Ajo do t\u00eb ket\u00eb si objekt disbursime pagash t\u00eb lidhura ngusht\u00eb me objektivat dhe rezultatet e arritura me zbatimin e programeve t\u00eb dakorduara nd\u00ebrmjet Pal\u00ebve, duke pasur si objektiv, p\u00ebr shembull, rritjen e rendimentit, produktivitetit, efektivitetit, efikasitetit, konkurrenc\u00ebs dhe cil\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shumat e element\u00ebve t\u00eb rinj ekonomik\u00eb integrues sipas paragraf\u00ebve t\u00eb m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm jan\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshueshme, nuk mund t\u00eb paracaktohen dhe nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb dobishme p\u00ebr q\u00ebllimet e asnj\u00eb institucioni ligjor ose kontraktues; ato duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb gjithashtu koherente edhe me at\u00eb q\u00eb parashikohet n\u00eb normativ\u00ebn kontributive dhe fiskale q\u00eb parashikon leht\u00ebsime t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta n\u00eb lidhje me element\u00ebt ekonomik\u00eb q\u00eb rrjedhin nga kontraktimet e nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marr\u00ebveshja p\u00ebr primin do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje trevje\u00e7are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontraktimi i nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktoj\u00eb kushtet, koh\u00ebn dhe modalitetet e aplikimit t\u00eb primit t\u00eb rezultatit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pagesa e primit do t\u00eb riproporcionohet nga nd\u00ebrmarrja n\u00eb lidhje me dit\u00ebt e pun\u00ebs efektive t\u00eb kryera n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb saj nga punonj\u00ebsit n\u00eb vitin e kaluar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr punonj\u00ebsit me or\u00eb t\u00eb reduktuara, shuma e primit do t\u00eb llogaritet n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjes\u00ebtim me orarin e pun\u00ebs individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primi, pas marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb, kur paguhet, do t\u00eb absorboj\u00eb deri n\u00eb shum\u00ebn totale t\u00eb duhur, \u00e7do trajtim ekonomik kolektiv shtes\u00eb ndaj atij q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb parashikuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontrat\u00eb C.C.N.L., ose, aty ku \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i ul\u00ebt, do t\u00eb absorbohet t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me at\u00eb q\u00eb parashikohet n\u00eb paragrafin paraardh\u00ebs, n\u00eb situatat kur n\u00eb dat\u00ebn e hyrjes n\u00eb fuqi t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kontrate C.C.N.L. t\u00eb rezultojn\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjet ekonomike t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi, do t\u00eb zgjerohen kushtet e p\u00ebrcaktuara n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duke pasur parasysh se marr\u00ebveshjet e nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb duhet t\u00eb depozitohen pran\u00eb drejtorive provinciale t\u00eb pun\u00ebs n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb normave t\u00eb ligjeve n\u00eb fuqi, Pal\u00ebt bien dakord q\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjet e nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebrgohen edhe te O.N.B.S.I. q\u00eb do t\u00eb marra masa t&#8217;i d\u00ebrgoj\u00eb n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Ekonomis\u00eb dhe Pun\u00ebs (C.N.E.L.) p\u00ebr q\u00ebllimet e parashikuara nga ligji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:uppercase\"><strong>Elementi i garancis\u00eb s\u00eb pag\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb pacaktuar, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb kat\u00ebr vitet e m\u00ebparshme kan\u00eb rezultuar pa kontraktim t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb dhe q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb marr\u00eb trajtime t\u00eb tjera ekonomike individuale ose kolektive p\u00ebrve\u00e7 asaj q\u00eb u takon nga kjo kontrat\u00eb kolektive, n\u00ebse pas prezantimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb platforme t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb nen nuk p\u00ebrcaktohet nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje deri n\u00eb muajin dhjetor 2012, nd\u00ebrmarrja do t\u00eb paguaj\u00eb me pag\u00ebn e muajin korrik 2013, shum\u00ebn prej 80,00 \u20ac n\u00eb nivelin e 2<sup>t\u00eb<\/sup> (parametri 109) dhe i riparametruar p\u00ebr nivelet e tjera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verifikimi i atyre q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe dh\u00ebnia e elementit t\u00eb garancis\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohet duke iu referuar situat\u00ebs s\u00eb konstatuar n\u00eb kat\u00ebrvje\u00e7arin fundit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elementi i garancis\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me punonj\u00ebsit e pun\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb pacaktuar, n\u00eb fuqi q\u00eb nga 1 janari 2013, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt rezultojn\u00eb se jan\u00eb t\u00eb regjistruar n\u00eb regjistrin unik t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn gjasht\u00eb muaj m\u00eb par\u00eb.
