class='ewd-ufaq-clear'><\/div>\n\n\t<\/a>\n\t\n<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-faq-body' >\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-post-margin ewd-ufaq-faq-post'>\n\t\n<p>C.P. pentru egalitatea de \u0219anse este instrumentul care are sarcina de a formula \u0219i urm\u0103ri proiectele de ac\u021biune pozitiv\u0103 menite s\u0103 asigure eliminarea tuturor obstacolelor care \u00eempiedic\u0103 realizarea egalit\u0103\u021bii de \u0219anse pentru b\u0103rba\u021bi \u0219i femei la locul de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen acest sens, Comisia, utiliz\u00e2nd instrumentele prev\u0103zute de Decretul legislativ 198\/2006, se activeaz\u0103 pentru a urm\u0103ri procesul proiectelor \u00een sine, at\u00e2t \u00een faza de admitere la finan\u021barea prev\u0103zut\u0103 de legea men\u021bionat\u0103 mai sus, c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een punerea \u00een aplicare a acesteia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C.P. pentru egalitatea de \u0219anse este compus din 12 membri dintre care 6 reprezint\u0103 Asocia\u021biile patronale \u0219i 6 reprezint\u0103 Federa\u021biile sindicale ale lucr\u0103torilor, care vor fi desemnate de p\u0103r\u021bile respective men\u021bionate mai sus, \u00een termen de 30 (treizeci) de zile de la semnarea C.C.N.L.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru fiecare reprezentant poate fi numit un supleant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sediul opera\u021bional al Grupului de lucru pentru Egalitatea de \u0219anse se va afla la sediul Organismului bilateral na\u021bional de sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru toate aspectele legate de func\u021bionarea comisiei paritare, se poate ocupa chiar Comisia paritar\u0103, cu propriile rezolu\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen plus, membrii Comisiei vor raporta p\u0103r\u021bilor contractante, \u00een mod normal \u00een al doilea trimestru al fiec\u0103rui an, \u00eentr-o \u0219edin\u021b\u0103 specific\u0103, rezultatele lucr\u0103rilor efectuate \u0219i, \u00een orice caz, cu trei luni \u00eenainte de termenul contractual, vor prezenta un raport final acelora\u0219i p\u0103r\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comisiei \u00eei sunt atribuite urm\u0103toarele sarcini:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>studiaz\u0103 evolu\u021bia calitativ\u0103 \u0219i cantitativ\u0103 a ocup\u0103rii for\u021bei de munc\u0103 feminine \u00een sector, utiliz\u00e2nd date dezagregate pe sexe, nivel de \u00eencadrare profesional\u0103 \u0219i tip de raporturi de munc\u0103, inclusiv cele elaborate de Observatorul Pie\u021bei For\u021bei de Munc\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>urm\u0103re\u0219te evolu\u021bia legisla\u021biei italiene, europene \u0219i interna\u021bionale privind egalitatea de \u0219anse la locul de munc\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>promoveaz\u0103 interven\u021bii adecvate pentru facilitarea reintegr\u0103rii pe pia\u021ba muncii a femeilor sau b\u0103rba\u021bilor care doresc s\u0103-\u0219i reia activitatea dup\u0103 o \u00eentrerupere a activit\u0103\u021bii, favoriz\u00e2nd \u0219i utilizarea instrumentului contractului de introducere \/ reintegrare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>identific\u0103 ini\u021biativele de actualizare \u0219i formare profesional\u0103, inclusiv \u00een vederea salvgard\u0103rii profesionalismului celor care revin la munc\u0103 \u00een urma cazurilor de interdic\u021bie de a munci, concediu f\u0103r\u0103 plat\u0103 \u0219i concediu, prev\u0103zute de Legea nr. 53 din 8 martie 2000;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>preg\u0103te\u0219te proiecte de ac\u021biune pozitiv\u0103 care vizeaz\u0103 promovarea ocup\u0103rii for\u021bei de munc\u0103 \u0219i a cre\u0219terii profesionale a femeilor, utiliz\u00e2nd, de asemenea, oportunit\u0103\u021bile oferite de Decretul legislativ 198\/2006 \u0219i de fondurile comunitare relevante;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>promoveaz\u0103 interven\u021bii eficiente pentru prevenirea actelor comportamentale de bullying \u00een sistemul rela\u021biilor de munc\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>analizeaz\u0103 datele cantitative \u0219i calitative care vor proveni de la organele comune referitoare la procedurile \u0219i solu\u021biile identificate \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu h\u0103r\u021buirea sexual\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>colectarea \u0219i analizarea ini\u021biativelor \u0219i rezultatelor ob\u021binute \u00een domeniul ac\u021biunilor pozitive, promovarea ini\u021biativelor legate de acordurile men\u021bionate la articolul 9 din Legea nr. 53 din 8 martie 2000 \u0219i diseminarea bunelor practici;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>identificarea ini\u021biativelor care vizeaz\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219irea tuturor formelor de discriminare la locul de munc\u0103, \u00een special \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te salariile \u0219i accesul la formarea profesional\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Posibila aderare a companiilor la schemele de proiecte de formare profesional\u0103 definite \u0219i implementate de Organiza\u021biile care stipuleaz\u0103 Contractul Na\u021bional, pentru care p\u0103r\u021bile vor promova cunoa\u0219terea, constituie un titlu de aplicare a beneficiilor prev\u0103zute de prevederile legii \u00een vigoare \u00een materie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comisia poate utiliza, pentru \u00eendeplinirea sarcinilor sale, datele furnizate de Observatorul Na\u021bional.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen mod normal, Comisia se \u00eentrune\u0219te trimestrial sau la cererea uneia dintre p\u0103r\u021bi, prezidat\u0103 pe r\u00e2nd de un membru al celor dou\u0103 grupuri, decide \u00een unanimitate s\u0103 \u00eendeplineasc\u0103 sarcinile indicate mai sus. Anual va prezenta un raport cu materialele colectate \u0219i prelucrate: cu aceast\u0103 ocazie va raporta cu privire la activitatea sa organiza\u021biilor participante, prezent\u00e2nd at\u00e2t propunerile asupra c\u0103rora s-a ajuns la unanimitatea opiniilor Comisiei, c\u00e2t \u0219i evalu\u0103rile care sunt constituite din pozi\u021biile uneia dintre componente.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top'>\n\t\n\t<a class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top-link'>\n\t\tRevino sus\t<\/a>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>B Articolul 68 &#8211;
