Rela\u021biile sindicale ale \u00eentreprinderilor\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-clear'><\/div>\n\n\t<\/a>\n\t\n<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-faq-body' >\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-post-margin ewd-ufaq-faq-post'>\n\t\n<p>Reprezentan\u021ba sindical\u0103 unitar\u0103 sau, dac\u0103 nu a fost \u00eenc\u0103 \u00eenfiin\u021bat\u0103, Reprezentan\u021bele sindicale ale societ\u0103\u021bii, sunt \u00eens\u0103rcinate at\u00e2t cu sarcinile de gestionare a contractului, c\u00e2t \u0219i cu cele prev\u0103zute \u00een mod expres \u00een elementele instituite individuale ale prezentului contract \u0219i de legisla\u021bia \u00een vigoare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reprezentan\u021ba sindical\u0103 unitar\u0103 sau, dac\u0103 nu a fost \u00eenc\u0103 \u00eenfiin\u021bat\u0103, Reprezentan\u021bele sindicale ale societ\u0103\u021bii sunt responsabile pentru:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-990f8f10 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>a) s\u0103 intervin\u0103 la conducerea societ\u0103\u021bii pentru respectarea \u00eentocmai a normelor de legisla\u021bie social\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tate \u0219i securitate \u00een munc\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) s\u0103 intervin\u0103 la conducerea societ\u0103\u021bii pentru aplicarea exact\u0103 a contractelor de munc\u0103 \u0219i a contractelor de societate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Societatea va examina cu Reprezentan\u021ba sindical\u0103 unitar\u0103 sau, dac\u0103 nu este deja stabilit\u0103, cu reprezentan\u021bii sindicali ai societ\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-990f8f10 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>a) f\u0103r\u0103 a aduce atingere orei de \u00eencepere \u0219i de \u00eencheiere a activit\u0103\u021bii impuse de cerin\u021bele serviciului, orice modific\u0103ri ale distribu\u021biei programului de lucru;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) orice programare diferit\u0103 a concediilor fa\u021b\u0103 de norma contractual\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) necesitatea de munc\u0103 suplimentar\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de norma contractual\u0103, programabil\u0103 pe termen lung.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Urm\u0103toarele vor fi, de asemenea, supuse unei examin\u0103ri comune:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00een conformitate cu clasificarea definit\u0103 contractual, contesta\u021biile \u00een materie de angajare depuse \u00een prim\u0103 instan\u021b\u0103 de lucr\u0103torii \u00een cauz\u0103 prin reprezentarea sindical\u0103 unitar\u0103 sau, dac\u0103 nu au fost \u00eenc\u0103 constituite, reprezentan\u021bii sindicali ai societ\u0103\u021bii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eventuala necesitate de a stabili prioritatea \u00een acordarea liberelor pentru frecventarea de cursuri de studiu (articolul 36).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top'>\n\t\n\t<a class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top-link'>\n\t\tRevino sus\t<\/a>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>B Articolul 59 &#8211;
