Concediu pentru femeile victime ale violentei de gen\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-clear'><\/div>\n\n\t<\/a>\n\t\n<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-faq-body' >\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-post-margin ewd-ufaq-faq-post'>\n\t\n<p>Lucr\u0103toarele incluse \u00een parcursul de protec\u021bie legat de violen\u021ba de gen, \u00een temeiul \u0219i \u00een sensul art. 24 Decretul legislativ 80\/2015 \u0219i modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare, atestate corespunz\u0103tor de serviciile sociale ale municipiului de re\u0219edin\u021b\u0103 sau de centrele sau casele de siguran\u021b\u0103 anti-violen\u021b\u0103, are dreptul de a se ab\u021bine de la munc\u0103 din motive legate de calea de protec\u021bie pentru o perioad\u0103 maxim\u0103 de 90 de zile lucr\u0103toare, a\u0219a cum prevede legea men\u021bionat\u0103 anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen scopul exercit\u0103rii dreptului prev\u0103zut \u00een prezentul articol, lucr\u0103toarea, cu excep\u021bia cazurilor de imposibilitate absolut\u0103, este obligat\u0103 s\u0103 notifice angajatorul cu o perioad\u0103 de preaviz de cel pu\u021bin \u0219apte zile, cu indicarea \u00eenceputului \u0219i sf\u00e2r\u0219itului perioadei de concediu \u0219i s\u0103 prezinte certificarea care atest\u0103 includerea \u00een parcursul prev\u0103zut la alineatul precedent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perioada de concediu men\u021bionat\u0103 la alineatul (1) se calculeaz\u0103 \u00een scopul vechimii \u00een munc\u0103 cu toate efectele, precum \u0219i pentru acumularea concediilor, pentru salariul pentru cea de-a treisprezecea lun\u0103, a paisprezecea lun\u0103 \u0219i pentru lichidarea pentru \u00eencheierea raportului de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen timpul perioadei de concediu, lucr\u0103toarea, conform dispozi\u021biilor alineatului (3), are dreptul s\u0103 primeasc\u0103 o indemniza\u021bie corespunz\u0103toare ultimului salariu, iar aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103 este acoperit\u0103 de o contribu\u021bie figurativ\u0103. Indemniza\u021bia este pl\u0103tit\u0103 \u00een avans de c\u0103tre angajator \u0219i se coreleaz\u0103 cu contribu\u021biile datorate INPS, conform procedurilor prev\u0103zute pentru plata tratamentului economic de maternitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Concediul poate fi luat pe baz\u0103 orar\u0103 sau pe zi pentru o perioad\u0103 de trei ani, lucr\u0103torul put\u00e2nd alege \u00eentre utilizarea zilnic\u0103 \u0219i cea orar\u0103, cu condi\u021bia ca utilizarea pe baz\u0103 de or\u0103 s\u0103 fie permis\u0103 \u00eentr-o cantitate egal\u0103 cu jum\u0103tate din timpul mediu zilnic din luna imediat anterioar\u0103 celei \u00een care \u00eencepe concediul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cazul \u00een care condi\u021biile prev\u0103zute la alin. 1 al art. 24 din Decretul legislativ men\u021bionat mai sus exist\u0103 \u0219i la cererea lucr\u0103torului, concediul prev\u0103zut la alin. 1 se va prelungi cu \u00eenc\u0103 90 de zile cu dreptul la plata unei indemniza\u021bii egale cu 70% din salariul curent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lucr\u0103toarea are dreptul la transformarea raportului de munc\u0103 din norm\u0103 \u00eentreag\u0103 \u00een frac\u021biune de norm\u0103, pe vertical\u0103 sau pe orizontal\u0103. La cererea lucr\u0103toarei, raportul de munc\u0103 cu frac\u021biune de norm\u0103 trebuie transformat din nou \u00eentr-un raport de munc\u0103 cu norm\u0103 \u00eentreag\u0103. Lucr\u0103toarea inclus\u0103 \u00een c\u0103ile de protec\u021bie men\u021bionate la alineatul (1) poate depune o cerere de transfer c\u0103tre un alt contract de achizi\u021bii, chiar dac\u0103 este situat \u00een alt\u0103 localitate. \u00cen termen de 7 zile de la comunicarea men\u021bionat\u0103 mai sus, compania, dup\u0103 ce a verificat disponibilitatea locurilor de munc\u0103 \u00een alte contracte, se oblig\u0103 s\u0103 transfere lucr\u0103toarea.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top'>\n\t\n\t<a class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top-link'>\n\t\tRevino sus\t<\/a>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>B Articolul 52-A &#8211;
