B) din prezentul articol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu titlu indicativ, \u00een \u00eenc\u0103lc\u0103rile de mai sus sunt incluse urm\u0103toarele:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-990f8f10 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>a) nesupunerea fa\u021b\u0103 de superiori;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) daune semnificative din neglijen\u021b\u0103 aduse materialului companiei sau clientului;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) \u00eenc\u0103ierarea la locul de munc\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d) abandonarea locului de munc\u0103 de c\u0103tre personalul care este \u00eens\u0103rcinat \u00een mod specific cu sarcini de supraveghere, custodie, control, cu excep\u021bia cazurilor prev\u0103zute la lit. e) din urm\u0103toarea liter\u0103 B);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e) absen\u021be nemotivate prelungite peste 4 zile consecutive sau absen\u021be repetate de trei ori \u00eentr-un an \u00een ziua urm\u0103toare s\u0103rb\u0103torilor sau concediului;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>f) condamnarea la o pedeaps\u0103 cu \u00eenchisoarea aplicat\u0103 lucr\u0103torului, cu hot\u0103r\u00e2re definitiv\u0103, pentru o fapt\u0103 s\u0103v\u00e2r\u0219it\u0103, dup\u0103 angajare, care nu are leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu desf\u0103\u0219urarea raportului de munc\u0103, care prejudiciaz\u0103 figura moral\u0103 a lucr\u0103torului;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>g) recidiva \u00een oricare dintre viciile avute \u00een vedere la art. 47, atunci c\u00e2nd au fost dispuse dou\u0103 m\u0103suri de suspendare \u00een temeiul art. 47, cu excep\u021bia celor prev\u0103zute la ultimul alineat al art. 46.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\" style=\"list-style-type:upper-alpha\">\n<li style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700;text-transform:uppercase\"><strong>Concedierea f\u0103r\u0103 preaviz<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceast\u0103 m\u0103sur\u0103 se aplic\u0103 lucr\u0103torului care cauzeaz\u0103 companiei v\u0103t\u0103m\u0103ri morale sau materiale grave sau care efectueaz\u0103, \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu desf\u0103\u0219urarea raportului de munc\u0103<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ac\u021biuni care constituie infrac\u021biune \u00een condi\u021biile legii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu titlu indicativ, \u00een \u00eenc\u0103lc\u0103rile de mai sus sunt incluse urm\u0103toarele:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-990f8f10 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>a) nesupunere sever\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de superiori;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) furt \u00een societate sau de la client;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) furtul de obiecte sau documente de la societate sau de la client;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d) deteriorarea inten\u021bionat\u0103 a materialului societ\u0103\u021bii sau a materialului clientului;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e) p\u0103r\u0103sirea locului de munc\u0103 care poate d\u0103una siguran\u021bei persoanelor sau siguran\u021bei instala\u021biilor sau, \u00een orice caz, efectuarea de ac\u021biuni care implic\u0103 acelea\u0219i prejudicii;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>f) fumatul \u00een cazul \u00een care acest lucru poate d\u0103una siguran\u021bei persoanelor sau siguran\u021bei sistemelor;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>g) executarea de lucr\u0103ri f\u0103r\u0103 permisiunea de a lucra \u00een cadrul societ\u0103\u021bii \u00een nume propriu sau \u00een numele ter\u021bilor, care nu estete entitate minor\u0103 \u0219i\/sau cu utilizarea materialelor societ\u0103\u021bii;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>h) \u00eenc\u0103ierarea \u00een interiorul departamentelor de procesare.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\" style=\"list-style-type:upper-alpha\">\n<li style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700;text-transform:uppercase\"><strong>Concedierea f\u0103r\u0103 preaviz \u0219i cu re\u021binere<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceast\u0103 prevedere se aplic\u0103 lucr\u0103torului care, f\u0103r\u0103 nicio justificare, nu se prezint\u0103 la locul de munc\u0103 timp de 10 zile consecutive \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu ultima zi de prezen\u021b\u0103 sigur\u0103, devenind de neg\u0103sit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cazul concedierii f\u0103r\u0103 preaviz, angajatorul va re\u021bine, cu titlu de penalitate, o sum\u0103 egal\u0103 cu indemniza\u021bia pentru lipsa preavizului datorat\u0103 pentru concediere.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top'>\n\t\n\t<a class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top-link'>\n\t\tRevino sus\t<\/a>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>B Articolul 48 &#8211;
