Indemniza\u021bii diverse\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-clear'><\/div>\n\n\t<\/a>\n\t\n<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-faq-body' >\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-post-margin ewd-ufaq-faq-post'>\n\t\n<p><strong>INDEMNIZA\u021aII PENTRU MIJLOACELE DE LOCOMO\u021aIE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Societatea \u00eei va pl\u0103ti lucr\u0103torului care utilizeaz\u0103 mijlocul s\u0103u propriu pentru serviciu, o indemniza\u021bie lunar\u0103 care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie convenit\u0103 \u00eentre organiza\u021biile sindicale teritoriale competente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INDEMNIZA\u021aIE DE MUNC\u0102 DEFAVORIZAT\u0102<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru fiecare zi \u00een care lucr\u0103torii efectueaz\u0103 cur\u0103\u021benia cu ajutorul unei p\u00e2rghii sau pod sau al unei sc\u0103ri aeriene numit\u0103 \u0219i roman\u0103, se va pl\u0103ti o indemniza\u021bie special\u0103 \u00een valoare de 15% cuantumul de remunera\u021bii din tabel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INDEMNIZA\u021aIE PENTRU ZON\u0102 \u00ceNAL\u021a\u0102 MONTAN\u0102<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru lucr\u0103torii trimi\u0219i s\u0103-\u0219i desf\u0103\u0219oare activitatea \u00een afara locului lor de munc\u0103 normal \u00een loca\u021bii din zone montane \u00eenalte, compania va pl\u0103ti o compensa\u021bie echitabil\u0103 care va fi convenit\u0103 \u00eentre organiza\u021biile sindicale teritoriale competente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INDEMNIZA\u021aIA DE MUTARE DIN ZONELE LOCUITE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cazul \u00een care sediul societ\u0103\u021bii se afl\u0103 la mai mult de 3 km de perimetrul celui mai apropiat centru locuit, \u00een lipsa transportului public, societatea care nu asigur\u0103 \u00een mod direct transportul \u00een sine va pl\u0103ti o indemniza\u021bie care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie convenit\u0103 \u00eentre organiza\u021biile sindicale teritoriale competente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INDEMNIZA\u021aIE PENTRU GESTIONAREA NUMERARULUI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lucr\u0103torul care \u00een mod normal se ocup\u0103 de bani cu obliga\u021bii pentru erori va primi o indemniza\u021bie \u00een valoare de 3% din cuantumul salarial tabelar al categoriei sale. Dob\u00e2nda care deriv\u0103 din depozit va fi \u00een beneficiul angajatului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personalul responsabil \u00een mod normal pentru colectarea facturilor pentru utilit\u0103\u021bi, facturilor, biletelor etc., pentru o sum\u0103 total\u0103 care dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te 4,65 euro, va primi o indemniza\u021bie de 5% din salariul de baz\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INDEMNIZA\u021aIE PENTRU \u00ceNDEPARTAREA DE\u0218EURILOR \u0218I A PRAFULUI DE FURNAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lucr\u0103torilor de cur\u0103\u021benie pentru \u00eendep\u0103rtarea de\u0219eurilor \u0219i prafului din furnale, compania le va pl\u0103ti o indemniza\u021bie de 0,05 euro pentru fiecare or\u0103 de lucru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INDEMNIZA\u021aIE DE CUR\u0102\u021aENIE PENTRU DEPARTAMENTELE DE PRELUCRARE INDUSTRIAL\u0102<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru lucr\u0103torii desemna\u021bi s\u0103 cure\u021be numai departamentele industriale destinate prelucr\u0103rii, compania va pl\u0103ti o indemniza\u021bie de 0,036 euro pentru fiecare or\u0103 de lucru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceste ultime dou\u0103 indemniza\u021bii trebuie considerate un element util \u00een scopul calcul\u0103rii indemniza\u021biei pentru lipsa preavizului, pentru lichidarea la \u00eencheierea raportului de munc\u0103, pentru s\u0103rb\u0103tori \u0219i concedii, precum \u0219i a celei de-a13-a \u0219i a 14-a pl\u0103\u021bi lunare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SPECIFICA\u021aIE \u00ceN PROCESUL-VERBAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0103r\u021bile recunosc c\u0103 prin sintagma \u201ecur\u0103\u021barea numai a departamentelor industriale destinate prelucr\u0103rii\u201d au inten\u021bionat s\u0103 se refere exclusiv la activitatea realizat\u0103 \u00een acele p\u0103r\u021bi ale companiilor \u00een care are loc activitatea industrial\u0103 efectiv\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prin urmare, indemniza\u021bia nu se pl\u0103te\u0219te personalului care, de\u0219i lucreaz\u0103 \u00een mediile industriale, este responsabil\u0103 pentru serviciile de cur\u0103\u021benie \u00een zone sau spa\u021bii \u00een care nu se efectueaz\u0103 opera\u021biuni de transformare de produc\u021bie, cum ar fi cur\u021bi interioare \u0219i exterioare, toalete, birouri etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RAMBURSAREA COSTURILOR DE LOCOMO\u021aIE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lucr\u0103torul c\u0103ruia i se porunce\u0219te \u00een timpul lucrului sau pentru executarea lucr\u0103rii, s\u0103 se deplaseze de la un loc de munc\u0103 la altul, va avea dreptul la rambursare la baza listei de cheltuieli efectuate, dac\u0103 respectiva deplasare nu are loc cu mijloacele de transport puse la dispozi\u021bie de societate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INDEMNIZA\u021aIE DE CUR\u0102\u021aARE PENTRU MEDII RADIOACTIVE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personalului expus profesional la pericole de radia\u021bii (Alfa &#8211; Beta &#8211; Gamma &#8211; raze X) i se va pl\u0103ti o indemniza\u021bie de 0,12 euro pentru fiecare or\u0103 de lucru efectuat\u0103 \u00een zone controlate specifice (reactoare nucleare \u00een func\u021biune -tratament radio &#8211; elemente, radioizotopi).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceast\u0103 indemniza\u021bie trebuie considerat\u0103 un element util \u00een scopul calcul\u0103rii \u00eendemniza\u021biilor pentru concedii, s\u0103rb\u0103tori, vechime, al 13-lea \u0219i al 14-lea salariu \u0219i a compensa\u021biei pentru absen\u021ba preavizului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INDEMNIZA\u021aIE PENTRU LUCR\u0102RI SUBTERANE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lucr\u0103torilor care lucreaz\u0103 \u00een tuneluri, canale, galerii, locale subterane neventilate, li se va pl\u0103ti o indemniza\u021bie de 0,03 euro pentru fiecare or\u0103 de lucru, care nu poate fi combinat\u0103 cu alte indemniza\u021bii similare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SPECIFICA\u021aIE \u00ceN PROCESUL-VERBAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere caracteristicile tehnice particulare care nu se repet\u0103 \u00een activit\u0103\u021bi similare sau analoage, pentru lucr\u0103rile efectuate \u00een metrou \u00een \u00eenc\u0103peri care sunt acoperite sub nivelul str\u0103zii (sta\u021bii, pasaje etc.), se va pl\u0103ti personalului o indemniza\u021bie orar\u0103 de 0,03 euro, care nu poate fi combinat\u0103 cu indemniza\u021bia pentru lucr\u0103ri subterane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceast\u0103 indemniza\u021bie nu se pl\u0103te\u0219te personalului care, \u00een timp ce \u00ee\u0219i desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 activitatea \u00een sta\u021biile de metrou sau de-a lungul liniilor acestora, \u00ee\u0219i desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 activitatea \u00een aer liber sau la ad\u0103post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INDEMNIZA\u021aIE DE AEROPORT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nivel provincial, p\u0103r\u021bile contractante pot conveni asupra unei indemniza\u021bii zilnice pentru lucr\u0103torii care \u00ee\u0219i desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 activitatea exclusiv \u00een aeroport, a c\u0103rei valoare va absorbi orice alte indemniza\u021bii deja pl\u0103tite din orice motiv.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top'>\n\t\n\t<a class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top-link'>\n\t\tRevino sus\t<\/a>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>B ARTICOLUL 24 &#8211;
