Remunera\u021bia\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-clear'><\/div>\n\n\t<\/a>\n\t\n<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-faq-body' >\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-post-margin ewd-ufaq-faq-post'>\n\t\n<p>Remunera\u021bia va fi pl\u0103tit\u0103 la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul fiec\u0103rei luni cu specificarea celorlalte elemente constitutive pl\u0103tibile lunar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remunera\u021bia poate fi pl\u0103tit\u0103 prin cecuri bancare \u0219i\/sau creditat\u0103 \u00eentr-un cont bancar, cu respectarea legisla\u021biei \u00een vigoare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cazul \u00een care societatea \u00eent\u00e2rzie plata salariului cu mai mult de cincisprezece zile, dob\u00e2nda se va aplica automat la o rat\u0103 cu 2% mai mare dec\u00e2t rata oficial\u0103 de actualizare \u0219i \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu termenul limit\u0103 men\u021bionat la primul paragraf; \u00een plus, lucr\u0103torul va avea dreptul s\u0103 rezilieze raportul de munc\u0103 cu dreptul la plata lichid\u0103rii la \u00eencheierea raportului de munc\u0103 \u0219i a indemniza\u021biei pentru lipsa preavizului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cazul unei contesta\u021bii privind cuantumul salariului \u0219i celelalte elemente constitutive ale salariului, lucr\u0103torul trebuie s\u0103 primeasc\u0103 \u00eentre timp partea necontestat\u0103 a salariului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuantumul remunera\u021biei \u00eenseamn\u0103 remunera\u021bia indicat\u0103 \u00een tabelul men\u021bionat \u00een prezentul contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remunera\u021bia de baz\u0103 \u00eenseamn\u0103 cuantumul salariului \u0219i a indemniza\u021biei pentru cheltuieli neprev\u0103zute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remunera\u021bia lunar\u0103 total\u0103 \u00eenseamn\u0103 cea care rezult\u0103 din suma remunera\u021biei de baz\u0103 \u0219i orice spor la salariul minim sau \u201ead personam\u201d, precum \u0219i orice alt\u0103 remunera\u021bie oricum ar fi numit\u0103, pl\u0103tit\u0103 \u00een mod continuu, excluz\u00e2nd orice sum\u0103 care nu are caracter de remunera\u021bie (rambursarea cheltuielilor etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DECLARA\u021aIE \u00ceN PROCESUL VERBAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0103r\u021bile confirm\u0103 c\u0103 termenul de plat\u0103 a salariilor este, conform primului paragraf al acestui articol, la fiecare sf\u00e2r\u0219it de lun\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Orice modificare a acestui termen trebuie s\u0103 fac\u0103 obiectul unei compara\u021bii specifice \u0219i al unui acord sindical la nivel de societate.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fac excep\u021bie obiceiurile \u0219i practicile companiei care nu fac obiectul litigiilor anterioare \u00een vigoare la 31 mai 2011.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top'>\n\t\n\t<a class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top-link'>\n\t\tRevino sus\t<\/a>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>B Articolul 18 &#8211;
