P\u0103r\u021bile \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219esc pe deplin principiile exprimate \u00een Acordul european semnat la 26 aprilie 2007 \u201eAcordul-cadru privind h\u0103r\u021buirea \u0219i violen\u021ba la locul de munc\u0103\u201d, \u00een Recomandarea OIM nr. 206 din 2019 \u0219i \u00een Conven\u021bia OIM nr. 190 aprobat\u0103 \u00een iunie 2019 \u0219i \u00een acordurile interconfederale semnate de asocia\u021biile angajatorilor \u0219i de organiza\u021biile OO.SS..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Codul egalit\u0103\u021bii de \u0219anse, prev\u0103zut \u00een Decretul legislativ 198\/2006, prevede ca obliga\u021bie a angajatorului asigurarea unor condi\u021bii de munc\u0103 de natur\u0103 s\u0103 garanteze integritatea fizic\u0103 \u0219i moral\u0103 \u0219i demnitatea lucr\u0103torilor, precum \u0219i bun\u0103starea psihologic\u0103 a lucr\u0103torilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen acest scop, sunt identificate ini\u021biative cu caracter informativ \u0219i de formare, menite s\u0103 contracareze, s\u0103 previn\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 nu tolereze comportamentul discriminatoriu bazat pe diversitate \u0219i, \u00een special, violen\u021ba sau h\u0103r\u021buirea sexual\u0103 la locul de munc\u0103, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 fie garantat\u0103 respectarea demnit\u0103\u021bii fiec\u0103rei persoane \u0219i s\u0103 fie favorizate rela\u021biile interpersonale, pe baza principiilor egalit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i corectitudinii reciproce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen programele de formare pentru personal \u0219i manageri, companiile trebuie s\u0103 includ\u0103 informa\u021bii despre liniile directoare adoptate cu privire la prevenirea h\u0103r\u021buirii sexuale \u0219i procedurile care trebuie urmate \u00een cazul \u00een care are loc h\u0103r\u021buirea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interven\u021biile specifice de instruire vor fi preg\u0103tite de c\u0103tre companii, urm\u00e2nd a fi realizate \u0219i prin intermediul Fondurilor Interprofesionale, cu privire la protec\u021bia libert\u0103\u021bii \u0219i demnit\u0103\u021bii persoanei, \u00een vederea prevenirii apari\u021biei unor comportamente care pot fi configurate ca h\u0103r\u021buire sexual\u0103 \u0219i promov\u0103rii celor specifice menite s\u0103 r\u0103sp\u00e2ndeasc\u0103 cultura respectului fa\u021b\u0103 de persoan\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen acest scop, sindicatele vor organiza reuniuni ale personalului cu privire la aceste aspecte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Companiile vor preg\u0103ti materiale informative pentru lucr\u0103tori cu privire la comportamentul care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie adoptat \u00een caz de h\u0103r\u021buire sexual\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen termen de o lun\u0103 de la data semn\u0103rii prezentului C.C.N.L., p\u0103r\u021bile vor identifica un Cod de conduit\u0103 \/ Linii directoare cu m\u0103surile \u0219i procedurile care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie adoptate \u00een lupta \u00eempotriva violen\u021bei sexuale \u0219i a h\u0103r\u021buirii la locul de munc\u0103, care vor fi implementate de companii individual.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top'>\n\t\n\t<a class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top-link'>\n\t\tRevino sus\t<\/a>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>B Articolul 7-A &#8211;
