ewd-ufaq-faq-post'>\n\t\n<p>Con\u0219tientiz\u00e2nd importan\u021ba rolului pe care \u0219i-l asum\u0103 rela\u021biile sindicale pentru a contribui la solu\u021bionarea problemelor complexe ale sectorului, se convine asupra oportunit\u0103\u021bii stabilirii unor niveluri articulate de \u00eent\u00e2lnire \u00eentre p\u0103r\u021bile care stipuleaz\u0103 prezentul contract, pentru examinarea unor aspecte specifice de interes sectorial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:upper-alpha\">\n<li style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700;text-transform:uppercase\"><strong>Informa\u021bii la nivel na\u021bional<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u0103r\u0103 a aduce atingere autonomiei \u0219i atribu\u021biilor distincte ale societ\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i sindicatelor, p\u0103r\u021bile contractante convin s\u0103 promoveze, de regul\u0103 anual \u0219i \u00een orice caz la cererea motivat\u0103 a uneia dintre cele dou\u0103 p\u0103r\u021bi, reuniuni la nivel na\u021bional pentru:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a examina starea \u0219i dinamica calitativ\u0103 \u0219i cantitativ\u0103 a ocup\u0103rii for\u021bei de munc\u0103, cu referire \u00een special la tineri \u0219i femei;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a examina posibilitatea desf\u0103\u0219ur\u0103rii unor programe de formare \u0219i\/sau calificare profesional\u0103 a lucr\u0103torilor, \u00een raport cu schimb\u0103rile \u00een organizarea muncii, la organismul paritar de sector;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a efectua monitorizarea situa\u021biei generale a sectorului, cu referire \u00een special la durata contractelor de achizi\u021bie, derularea ofertelor, criteriile de selec\u021bie calitativ\u0103 a companiilor \u0219i criteriile de atribuire, \u00een scopul identific\u0103rii eventualelor ini\u021biative adecvate pentru armonizarea \u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea, la nivel na\u021bional, a reglement\u0103rilor \u00een domeniu;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a examina reglementarea necesar\u0103 a sectorului, cu privire la modific\u0103rile legislative na\u021bionale \u0219i europene, precum \u0219i definirea codurilor de conduit\u0103 care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie adoptate \u00eentre administra\u021bia public\u0103 \u0219i companiile care presteaz\u0103 serviciile contractate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a face observatorul pentru guvernarea pie\u021bei muncii \u0219i pentru ocuparea for\u021bei de munc\u0103 \u00eenfiin\u021bat la Ministerul Muncii mai func\u021bional \u0219i opera\u021bional, de asemenea, pentru a sprijini ini\u021biativele Cabinei de Management pentru combaterea muncii nedeclarate \u0219i neregulamentare men\u021bionate \u00een Legea nr. 296\/2006, articolul 1 alineatul 1156 \u0219i \u00een urm\u0103torul decret ministerial de punere \u00een aplicare din 11 octombrie 2007;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a examina, consider\u00e2nd modific\u0103rile legislative, inclusiv evolu\u021biile din domeniul societ\u0103\u021bilor mixte \u0219i a schimb\u0103rile profunde de pe pia\u021ba muncii, progresul cantitativ \u0219i calitativ al rela\u021biilor de munc\u0103 existente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\" style=\"list-style-type:upper-alpha\">\n<li style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700;text-transform:uppercase\">Informa\u021bii teritoriale<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Anual, la nivel regional \u0219i\/sau provincial, la cererea uneia dintre p\u0103r\u021bi, vor avea loc \u00eent\u00e2lniri \u00eentre reprezentan\u021bii organiza\u021biilor contractante pentru a examina problemele specifice care au repercusiuni semnificative pentru teritoriile individuale \u00een vederea:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>concretiz\u0103rii ini\u021biativelor \u00een domeniul form\u0103rii \u0219i recalific\u0103rii profesionale, inclusiv cu referire la indica\u021biile exprimate la nivel na\u021bional de c\u0103tre organismul paritar de sector;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>efectu\u0103rii monitoriz\u0103rii pe durata contractelor de achizi\u021bie, a derul\u0103rii ofertelor, a criteriilor de atribuire, \u00een vederea identific\u0103rii ini\u021biativelor de armonizare \u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire, la nivel regional, a reglement\u0103rilor \u00een domeniu;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lu\u0103rii de ini\u021biative necesare \u00een domeniul controlului \u0219i prevenirii bolilor, precum \u0219i, \u00een general, \u00een domeniul securit\u0103\u021bii muncii, consider\u00e2nd legile \u0219i Acordurile Interconfederale \u00een vigoare \u0219i pe baza deciziilor luate de organismul paritar de sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\" style=\"list-style-type:upper-alpha\">\n<li style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700;text-transform:uppercase\">Informa\u021bii la nivel de companie pentru \u00eentreprinderile de dimensiuni na\u021bionale<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0103r\u021bile contractante convin s\u0103 promoveze, de regul\u0103 anual \u0219i, \u00een orice caz, la cererea motivat\u0103 a uneia dintre cele dou\u0103 p\u0103r\u021bi, reuniuni la nivel na\u021bional, \u00een cadrul sistemului informatic existent, pentru companiile de dimensiuni na\u021bionale cu cel pu\u021bin 400 de angaja\u021bi pentru o examinare comun\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>privind aplicarea normelor de prevenire a accidentelor \u0219i bolilor profesionale \u0219i de cercetare, dezvoltare \u0219i punere \u00een aplicare a m\u0103surilor adecvate de protec\u021bie a s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii \u0219i integrit\u0103\u021bii fizice a lucr\u0103torilor consider\u00e2nd legisla\u021bia \u0219i normele contractuale \u00een vigoare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cu privire la componen\u021ba numeric\u0103 a for\u021bei de munc\u0103 \u0219i la diferitele tipuri de raporturi de munc\u0103 existente \u00een cadrul societ\u0103\u021bii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>privind tendin\u021ba ocup\u0103rii for\u021bei de munc\u0103 feminine, cu posibilele ac\u021biuni pozitive aferente care vizeaz\u0103 concretizarea problemei egalit\u0103\u021bii de \u0219anse \u00een conformitate cu prevederile Decretului legislativ 198\/2006;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>privind contractele de achizi\u021bie care expir\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>privind crizele \u00eentreprinderilor care au un impact asupra ocup\u0103rii for\u021bei de munc\u0103 \u0219i\/sau a mobilit\u0103\u021bii lucr\u0103torilor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cadrul \u00eent\u00e2lnirilor specifice dintre societate \u0219i reprezentan\u021bii sindicali, urm\u0103toarele vor face obiectul examin\u0103rii \u0219i discu\u021biilor preventive:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>programe de instruire \u0219i actualizare profesional\u0103 a personalului, ca urmare a introducerii de noi tehnologii \u0219i\/sau transform\u0103ri tehnologice;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eventuala nou\u0103 articulare a serviciilor \u00een raport cu schimb\u0103rile structurale din structura organizatoric\u0103 a serviciilor propriu-zise, precum \u0219i repercusiunile asupra nivelurilor de ocupare a for\u021bei de munc\u0103, organiz\u0103rii muncii \u0219i profesionalismului lucr\u0103torilor induse de inova\u021biile tehnologice, restructur\u0103rile \u0219i reorganiz\u0103rile corporative;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>solu\u021bii posibile \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te mobilitatea \u0219i flexibilitatea \u00een vederea unei mai bune organiz\u0103ri a muncii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>efectuarea de ore suplimentare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>programarea perioadei anuale de concedii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>implementarea modelelor \u0219i articularea timpului definit de actualul C.C.N.L..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\" style=\"list-style-type:upper-alpha\">\n<li style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700;text-transform:uppercase\">Informa\u021bii la nivel de companie<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Inova\u021biile tehnologice sau restructur\u0103rile care au implica\u021bii pentru nivelurile de ocupare a for\u021bei de munc\u0103, organizarea muncii \u0219i profesionalismul lucr\u0103torilor vor fi discutate la nivel de companie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Semestrial vor face obiectul unei examin\u0103ri comune \u00eentre societ\u0103\u021bi, reprezentan\u021bi sindicali ai companiei sau, dac\u0103 nu s\u0103-i \u00eenfiin\u021bat \u00eenc\u0103, reprezentan\u021bi sindicali unitari, bazat\u0103 pe:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>consisten\u021ba numeric\u0103 a personalului;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>programe de formare \u0219i perfec\u021bionare profesional\u0103 a personalului;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>situa\u021bia muncii suplimentare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Societ\u0103\u021bile vor informa, de asemenea, reprezentan\u021bi sindicali ai companiei sau, dac\u0103 nu s\u0103-i \u00eenfiin\u021bat \u00eenc\u0103, reprezentan\u021bi sindicali unitari, cu privire la aspectele \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu care dispozi\u021biile legale sau contractuale prev\u0103d informarea la nivel de societate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te competen\u021bele suplimentare la nivel de societate, se face trimitere la prevederile art. 59.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\" style=\"list-style-type:upper-alpha\">\n<li style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700;text-transform:uppercase\">Teme de discu\u021bii la nivel na\u021bional<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0103r\u021bile vor aborda \u00een \u0219edin\u021be speciale problemele de introducere a lucr\u0103torilor str\u0103ini, conform legilor care le privesc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0103r\u021bile se oblig\u0103 s\u0103 \u00eentocmeasc\u0103 un tabel la momentul adopt\u0103rii reformei plaselor de siguran\u021b\u0103 social\u0103, \u00een vederea armoniz\u0103rii legisla\u021biei contractuale actuale cu noile prevederi care vor fi adoptate de legiuitor.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top'>\n\t\n\t<a
