class='ewd-ufaq-clear'><\/div>\n\n\t<\/a>\n\t\n<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-faq-body' >\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-post-margin ewd-ufaq-faq-post'>\n\t\n<p>La C.P. pour l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances est l\u2019instrument qui a la t\u00e2che de formuler et de suivre les projets d\u2019actions positives visant \u00e0 garantir l\u2019\u00e9limination de tous les obstacles qui emp\u00eachent la r\u00e9alisation de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 hommes\/femmes au travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ce sens, la Commission, en utilisant les instruments pr\u00e9vus par le d\u00e9cret l\u00e9gislatif 198\/2006, s\u2019active pour suivre \u00e9galement le d\u00e9roulement de ces projets tant dans la phase d\u2019admission aux financements pr\u00e9vus par la loi pr\u00e9cit\u00e9e que dans la mise en \u0153uvre de ceux-ci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La C.P. pour l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances est compos\u00e9e de 12 membres dont 6 en repr\u00e9sentation des Associations des employeurs et 6 en repr\u00e9sentation des F\u00e9d\u00e9rations syndicales des travailleurs, qui seront d\u00e9sign\u00e9es par leurs parties respectives rappel\u00e9es ci-dessus, dans les 30 (trente) jours suivant la signature de la C.C.N.T.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un suppl\u00e9ant peut \u00eatre d\u00e9sign\u00e9 pour chaque repr\u00e9sentant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Si\u00e8ge op\u00e9rationnel du Groupe de Travail pour l\u2019\u00c9galit\u00e9 des Chances sera au Si\u00e8ge de l\u2019Organisme Bilat\u00e9ral National de Secteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour tout ce qui concerne le fonctionnement de la Commission, celle-ci pourra le faire par ses d\u00e9lib\u00e9rations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, au cours du deuxi\u00e8me trimestre de chaque ann\u00e9e, les membres de la Commission rendront g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement compte aux parties \u00e0 une r\u00e9union sp\u00e9cifique des r\u00e9sultats de leurs travaux et, en tout \u00e9tat de cause, trois mois avant l\u2019expiration du contrat, pr\u00e9senteront aux m\u00eames parties un rapport final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les t\u00e2ches de la Commission sont les suivantes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00e9tudier l\u2019\u00e9volution qualitative et quantitative de l\u2019emploi f\u00e9minin dans le secteur, en utilisant des donn\u00e9es d\u00e9sagr\u00e9g\u00e9es par sexe, niveau d\u2019encadrement professionnel et typologie des relations de travail, y compris celles \u00e9labor\u00e9es par l\u2019Observatoire du march\u00e9 du travail;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>suivre l\u2019\u00e9volution de la l\u00e9gislation italienne, europ\u00e9enne et internationale en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances au travail;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>promouvoir des interventions appropri\u00e9es pour faciliter la r\u00e9insertion sur le march\u00e9 du travail des femmes ou des hommes qui souhaitent reprendre leur activit\u00e9 apr\u00e8s une interruption de travail, y compris en favorisant l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019instrument du contrat d\u2019insertion\/r\u00e9insertion;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>identifier des initiatives de mise \u00e0 jour et de formation professionnelle, notamment afin de sauvegarder le professionnalisme des personnes qui reprennent le travail \u00e0 la suite des cas d\u2019absence, de mise en disponibilit\u00e9 et de cong\u00e9, tels que pr\u00e9vus par la loi n\u00b053 du 8 mars 2000;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pr\u00e9parer des projets d\u2019Actions Positives visant \u00e0 favoriser l\u2019emploi des femmes et la croissance professionnelle, en utilisant \u00e9galement les possibilit\u00e9s offertes par le d\u00e9cret l\u00e9gislatif 198\/2006 et par les Fonds communautaires appropri\u00e9s;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>favoriser des interventions efficaces pour pr\u00e9venir les actes comportementaux de harc\u00e8lement moral dans le syst\u00e8me des relations de travail;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>analyser les donn\u00e9es quantitatives et qualitatives qui \u00e9maneront des organismes paritaires en ce qui concerne les proc\u00e9dures et les solutions identifi\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de harc\u00e8lement sexuel;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>collecter et analyser les initiatives et les r\u00e9sultats obtenus en mati\u00e8re d\u2019actions positives en favorisant les initiatives li\u00e9es aux accords vis\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019article 9 de la loi n\u00b053 du 8 mars 2000 et en diffusant les bonnes pratiques;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>identifier des initiatives visant \u00e0 surmonter toute forme de discrimination sur le lieu de travail, notamment en ce qui concerne les salaires et l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la formation professionnelle.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9ventuelle adh\u00e9sion des entreprises aux sch\u00e9mas de projet de formation professionnelle d\u00e9finis et accept\u00e9s d\u2019un commun accord par les Organisations contractant le Contrat National, dont les parties promouvront la connaissance, constitue un titre pour l\u2019application des avantages pr\u00e9vus par les dispositions l\u00e9gales en vigueur en mati\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Commission pourra utiliser, pour l\u2019accomplissement de ses t\u00e2ches, les donn\u00e9es fournies par l\u2019Observatoire national.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, la Commission se r\u00e9unit trimestriellement ou \u00e0 la demande de l\u2019une des parties, pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e \u00e0 tour de r\u00f4le par un membre des deux groupes, statuant \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 pour l\u2019ex\u00e9cution des t\u00e2ches susmentionn\u00e9es.
