Relations sindicales d&rsquo;entreprise\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-clear'><\/div>\n\n\t<\/a>\n\t\n<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-faq-body' >\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-post-margin ewd-ufaq-faq-post'>\n\t\n<p>\u00c0 la Repr\u00e9sentation Syndicale Unitaire, ou bien, si elle n\u2019est pas encore constitu\u00e9e, aux Repr\u00e9sentations Syndicales d\u2019Entreprise, sont confi\u00e9es les t\u00e2ches tant de la gestion du contrat que celles express\u00e9ment pr\u00e9vues dans les diff\u00e9rents instituts du pr\u00e9sent contrat et par la l\u00e9gislation en vigueur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Repr\u00e9sentation Syndicale Unitaire, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire, dans la mesure o\u00f9 elle n\u2019est pas encore constitu\u00e9e, les Repr\u00e9sentations Syndicales d\u2019Entreprises ont la responsabilit\u00e9:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-990f8f10 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>a) d\u2019intervenir aupr\u00e8s de la Direction de l\u2019entreprise pour le respect exact des normes de l\u00e9gislation sociale et d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du travail;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) d\u2019intervenir aupr\u00e8s de la Direction de l\u2019entreprise pour l\u2019application exacte des contrats de travail et des accords d\u2019entreprise. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019entreprise examinera avec la Repr\u00e9sentation Syndicale Unitaire, ou bien, si pas encore constitu\u00e9e, avec les Repr\u00e9sentations Syndicales Entreprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-990f8f10 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>a) sans pr\u00e9judice de l\u2019heure de d\u00e9but et de fin du travail impos\u00e9e par les exigences de service, toute modification de la r\u00e9partition du temps de travail;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) toute autre planification des vacances que celle pr\u00e9vue par le contrat;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019heures suppl\u00e9mentaires en dehors de la norme contractuelle, programmable \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Seront \u00e9galement examin\u00e9s conjointement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>dans le respect de la classification contractuellement d\u00e9finie, les recours en mati\u00e8re d\u2019encadrement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s en premi\u00e8re instance par les travailleurs concern\u00e9s par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de la repr\u00e9sentation syndicale unitaire ou, si elles ne sont pas encore constitu\u00e9es, des repr\u00e9sentations syndicales d\u2019entreprises;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 \u00e9ventuelle de d\u00e9terminer la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 accorder aux permis de scolarit\u00e9 (article 36).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top'>\n\t\n\t<a class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top-link'>\n\t\tRetour en haut\t<\/a>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>B Article 59 &#8211;
