Cong\u00e9 de matenit\u00e9 et cong\u00e9 parental\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-clear'><\/div>\n\n\t<\/a>\n\t\n<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-faq-body' >\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-post-margin ewd-ufaq-faq-post'>\n\t\n<p>En ce qui concerne le traitement du cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9 et du cong\u00e9 parental, il est fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux dispositions l\u00e9gales en vigueur en mati\u00e8re (d\u00e9cret l\u00e9gislatif du 26\u00a0mars\u00a02001, n\u00b0151 et modifications et compl\u00e9ments ult\u00e9rieurs &#8211; Texte unique des dispositions l\u00e9gislatives en mati\u00e8re de protection et de soutien de la maternit\u00e9 et de la paternit\u00e9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les travailleuses occupant des emplois de bureau, le traitement suivant s\u2019applique s\u2019il est plus favorable que la loi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>versement de la totalit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration pendant les quatre premiers mois d\u2019absence et de ce qui est pr\u00e9vu par la l\u00e9gislation vis\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019alin\u00e9a pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent le mois suivant, d\u00e9duction faite de ce que les travailleuses per\u00e7oivent \u00e0 titre d\u2019indemnit\u00e9 \u00e0 charge de l\u2019institution de pr\u00e9voyance, pour des dispositions l\u00e9gales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant le cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement maladie pr\u00e9vaut sur le cong\u00e9 uniquement en cas d\u2019infirmit\u00e9 grave de la m\u00e8re au sens de l\u2019article 22 du d\u00e9cret l\u00e9gislatif 26\u00a0mars\u00a02001 n\u00b0151 et de la circulaire Inps n\u00b068\/1992.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top'>\n\t\n\t<a class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top-link'>\n\t\tRetour en haut\t<\/a>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>B Article 52 &#8211;
