Transferts\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-clear'><\/div>\n\n\t<\/a>\n\t\n<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-faq-body' >\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-post-margin ewd-ufaq-faq-post'>\n\t\n<p>Le travailleur ne peut \u00eatre transf\u00e9r\u00e9 d\u2019un lieu de travail \u00e0 un autre que pour des raisons techniques, organisationnelles et productives.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le travailleur transf\u00e9r\u00e9 conserve le traitement \u00e9conomique dont il a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, \u00e0 l\u2019exclusion des indemnit\u00e9s et des comp\u00e9tences qui sont li\u00e9es aux conditions locales et aux prestations particuli\u00e8res au lieu d\u2019origine et qui ne le sont pas\u00a0dans sa nouvelle destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le travailleur qui n\u2019accepte pas le transfert aura droit \u00e0 l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 de d\u00e9part et au pr\u00e9avis, sauf pour les travailleurs de niveau 7 et 6, si le droit de l\u2019entreprise d\u2019ordonner le transfert du travailleur ou ce droit a \u00e9t\u00e9 express\u00e9ment convenu lors de l\u2019embauche, en fonction de la situation de fait pour les travailleurs actuellement en service, dans quels cas le travailleur qui n\u2019accepte pas le transfert est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme d\u00e9missionnaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le remboursement des frais de voyage et de transport pour soi, pour les personnes de la famille et pour les effets familiaux (mobilier, bagages, etc.) sera effectu\u00e9 au travailleur transf\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les modalit\u00e9s et d\u00e9lais devront \u00eatre pr\u00e9alablement convenus avec l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 1\/3 du salaire mensuel global du travailleur c\u00e9libataire sans partenaire \u00e0 charge et \u00e0 2\/3 du salaire mensuel global, plus 1\/15 de ce salaire pour chaque membre de la famille \u00e0 charge qui d\u00e9m\u00e9nage avec lui, au travailleur familial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque, en raison du transfert, le travailleur doit verser une indemnit\u00e9 pour r\u00e9siliation anticip\u00e9e du contrat de location, r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement enregistr\u00e9 ou d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019employeur avant la communication du transfert, aura droit au remboursement de cette indemnit\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 concurrence d\u2019un maximum de 4 mois de loyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9cision de transfert devra \u00eatre communiqu\u00e9e au travailleur par \u00e9crit avec un pr\u00e9avis d\u2019un mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les indemnit\u00e9s vis\u00e9es ci-dessus ne sont pas dues au travailleur qui demande son transfert.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top'>\n\t\n\t<a class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top-link'>\n\t\tRetour en haut\t<\/a>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>B Articolo 29 &#8211;
