Indemnit\u00e9s diverses\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-clear'><\/div>\n\n\t<\/a>\n\t\n<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-faq-body' >\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-post-margin ewd-ufaq-faq-post'>\n\t\n<p><strong>INDEMNIT\u00c9 MOYENS DE LOCOMOTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019entreprise versera au travailleur qui utilise son propre moyen une indemnit\u00e9 mensuelle \u00e0 convenir entre les organisations syndicales territoriales comp\u00e9tentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INDEMNIT\u00c9 DE TRAVAIL D\u00c9FAVORIS\u00c9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour chaque jour o\u00f9 les travailleurs effectuent le nettoyage \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un \u00e9trier ou d\u2019un pont ou d\u2019une \u00e9chelle a\u00e9rienne ou dite romaine, une indemnit\u00e9 sp\u00e9ciale sera vers\u00e9e \u00e0 hauteur de 15% du salaire indiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INDEMNIT\u00c9 DE HAUTE MONTAGNE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aux travailleurs envoy\u00e9s pour effectuer leurs travaux en dehors de leur lieu normal de travail dans des localit\u00e9s de haute montagne, l\u2019entreprise versera une indemnit\u00e9 \u00e9quitable\u00a0\u00e0 convenir entre leurs organisations syndicales territoriales comp\u00e9tentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INDEMNIT\u00c9 D\u2019\u00c9LOIGNEMENT DES AGGLOM\u00c9RATIONS URBAINES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le si\u00e8ge de l\u2019entreprise se trouve \u00e0 plus de 3 km du p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre du village le plus proche, en l\u2019absence de transports publics, l\u2019entreprise qui ne proc\u00e8de pas directement au transport versera une indemnit\u00e9 \u00e0 convenir entre ses organisations syndicales territoriales comp\u00e9tentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INDEMNIT\u00c9 POUR MANIPULATIONS D\u2019ARGENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une indemnit\u00e9 de 3% du salaire indiqu\u00e9 dans le bar\u00e8me d\u2019affiliation sera vers\u00e9e au travailleur qui a normalement manipul\u00e9 de l\u2019argent avec des frais d\u2019erreur. Les int\u00e9r\u00eats d\u00e9coulant d\u2019une caution \u00e9ventuelle seront \u00e0 la charge de l\u2019employ\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une indemnit\u00e9 de 5% du salaire de base sera vers\u00e9e au personnel normalement charg\u00e9 du recouvrement des factures, des notes, etc., d\u2019un montant total sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 4,65 \u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INDEMNIT\u00c9S POUR ENL\u00c8VEMENT DES SCORIES ET POUSSI\u00c8RES DES HAUTS FOURNEAUX<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019entreprise versera une indemnit\u00e9 de 0,05 \u20ac par heure de travail aux travailleurs de nettoyage pour l\u2019enl\u00e8vement des scories et de la poussi\u00e8re des hauts fourneaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INDEMNIT\u00c9S DE NETTOYAGE DES ATELIERS INDUSTRIELS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019entreprise versera une indemnit\u00e9 de 0,036 \u20ac par heure de travail aux travailleurs de nettoyage des seuls d\u00e9partements industriels destin\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019usinage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces deux derni\u00e8res indemnit\u00e9s sont \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer comme un \u00e9l\u00e9ment utile pour le calcul de l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 de remplacement du pr\u00e9avis, du traitement de fin d\u2019emploi, du traitement de vacances et de cong\u00e9s ainsi que de la treizi\u00e8me mensualit\u00e9 et de la quatorzi\u00e8me mensualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PR\u00c9CISION AU PROC\u00c8S-VERBAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les parties reconnaissent que, par l\u2019expression \u00abnettoyage des seuls d\u00e9partements industriels destin\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019usinage\u00bb, elles ont entendu se r\u00e9f\u00e9rer exclusivement \u00e0 la prestation rendue dans les parties des \u00e9tablissements o\u00f9 se d\u00e9roule l\u2019activit\u00e9 industrielle proprement dite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, les indemnit\u00e9s ne sont pas dues au personnel qui, tout en travaillant dans des installations industrielles, est affect\u00e9 \u00e0 des services de nettoyage dans des zones ou des locaux o\u00f9 ne sont pas effectu\u00e9es des op\u00e9rations de transformation productive, telles que les cours int\u00e9rieures et ext\u00e9rieures, toilettes, bureaux, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>REMBOURSEMENT DES FRAIS DE D\u00c9PLACEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le travailleur d\u00e9tach\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019occasion du travail ou pour l\u2019ex\u00e9cution du travail, \u00e0 se d\u00e9placer d\u2019un poste \u00e0 un autre de travail, se verra rembourser un pied de liste des frais\u00a0encourus, lorsque ce d\u00e9placement n\u2019a pas lieu avec des moyens de transport mis \u00e0 disposition par l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INDEMNIT\u00c9S DE NETTOYAGE DES MILIEUX RADIOACTIFS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le personnel professionnellement expos\u00e9 aux dangers de rayonnement (Alpha &#8211; Beta &#8211; Gamma &#8211; Rayons X) recevra une indemnit\u00e9 de 0,12 \u20ac par heure de travail prest\u00e9e dans des zones contr\u00f4l\u00e9es sp\u00e9cifiques (r\u00e9acteurs nucl\u00e9aires en fonctionnement &#8211; traitement radio &#8211; \u00e9l\u00e9ments, radio-isotopes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette indemnit\u00e9 est \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer comme un \u00e9l\u00e9ment utile pour le calcul du traitement des jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s, des cong\u00e9s, de l\u2019anciennet\u00e9, de la treizi\u00e8me mensualit\u00e9 et de la quatorzi\u00e8me mensualit\u00e9 et de l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 de remplacement du pr\u00e9avis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INDEMNIT\u00c9S POUR TRAVAUX SOUTERRAINS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une indemnit\u00e9 de 0,03 \u20ac par heure de travail, non cumulable avec d\u2019autres indemnit\u00e9s analogues, sera vers\u00e9e aux travailleurs effectuant des prestations dans des canaux, des galeries, des tunnels, des locaux souterrains non ventil\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PR\u00c9CISION AU PROC\u00c8S-VERBAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les caract\u00e9ristiques techniques particuli\u00e8res non r\u00e9currentes dans des activit\u00e9s similaires ou analogues sont attendues,pour les travaux effectu\u00e9s dans les m\u00e9tros dans des locaux couverts sous le niveau de la route (gares, passages, etc.) une indemnit\u00e9 horaire de 0,03 \u20ac non cumulable avec l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 pour travaux souterrains sera vers\u00e9e au personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette indemnit\u00e9 n\u2019est pas due au personnel qui, bien que travaillant dans les stations de m\u00e9tro ou le long des lignes de m\u00e9tro, exerce son activit\u00e9 en plein air ou sous l\u2019auvent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INDEMNIT\u00c9 A\u00c9ROPORTUAIRE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au niveau provincial, les parties contractantes pourront convenir pour les travailleurs qui exercent leur activit\u00e9 exclusivement dans le cadre a\u00e9roportuaire d\u2019une indemnit\u00e9 journali\u00e8re dont le montant absorbera jusqu\u2019\u00e0 concurrence d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles autres indemnit\u00e9s d\u00e9j\u00e0 vers\u00e9es \u00e0 quelque titre que ce soit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top'>\n\t\n\t<a class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top-link'>\n\t\tRetour en haut\t<\/a>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>B Article 24 &#8211;
