en outre, le travailleur pourra mettre fin \u00e0 la relation de travail avec droit au paiement du traitement de fin d\u2019emploi et de l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 de remplacement du pr\u00e9avis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cas de contestation sur la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration tabellaire et sur les autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments constitutifs de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, la part de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration non contest\u00e9e devra d\u2019abord \u00eatre vers\u00e9e au travailleur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration tabellaire est celle indiqu\u00e9e dans le tableau du pr\u00e9sent Contrat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration de base, on entend la somme du salaire tabellaire et de l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 d\u2019urgence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration globale mensuelle se r\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00e0 celle r\u00e9sultant de la somme de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration de base et de tout \u00e9ventuel compl\u00e9ment de salaire ou allocation \u00ab\u00e0 titre personnel\u00bb, ainsi que de toute autre forme de compensation, quel que soit son nom, vers\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re continue, \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception de toute somme n&rsquo;ayant pas un caract\u00e8re salarial (remboursement de frais, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u00c9CLARATION AU PROC\u00c8S-VERBAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les parties confirment que le d\u00e9lai de versement des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations est, comme indiqu\u00e9 au premier alin\u00e9a du pr\u00e9sent article, chaque fin de mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toute modification de ce d\u00e9lai doit faire l\u2019objet d\u2019une comparaison sp\u00e9cifique et d\u2019un accord syndical au niveau de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les coutumes et les pratiques d&rsquo;entreprise qui n&rsquo;ont pas fait l&rsquo;objet de contestations ant\u00e9rieures et qui \u00e9taient en vigueur au 31 mai 2011 sont sauvegard\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top'>\n\t\n\t<a class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top-link'>\n\t\tRetour en haut\t<\/a>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>B Article 18 \u2013 R\u00e9mun\u00e9ration La r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration sera vers\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque fin de mois avec la sp\u00e9cification des autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments constitutifs liquidables mensuellement.
