Lutte contre la violence et le harc\u00e8lement sexuels au travail\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-clear'><\/div>\n\n\t<\/a>\n\t\n<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-faq-body' >\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-post-margin ewd-ufaq-faq-post'>\n\t\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que la violence et le harc\u00e8lement sexuel sur le lieu de travail constituent un abus et une violation des droits de l\u2019homme, les Partenaires Sociaux signataires de cette C.C.N.T. conviennent de promouvoir des initiatives, afin de pr\u00e9venir et de combattre ces comportements inacceptables et incompatibles avec le respect de la personne humaine, les Parties partagent pleinement les principes \u00e9nonc\u00e9s dans l\u2019Accord europ\u00e9en paraph\u00e9 le 26\u00a0avril\u00a02007 \u00abAccord-cadre sur le harc\u00e8lement et la violence sur le lieu de travail\u00bb, dans la Recommandation OIT n\u00b0206 de 2019 et dans la Convention OIT n\u00b0190 approuv\u00e9e en juin\u00a02019 et dans les Accords Interconf\u00e9draux sign\u00e9s par les Associations d\u2019Employeurs et les Organisations syndicales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Code de l\u2019Egalit\u00e9 des Chances, mentionn\u00e9 dans le d\u00e9cret l\u00e9gislatif 198\/2006 pr\u00e9cise que l\u2019obligation de l\u2019employeur est d\u2019assurer des conditions de travail garantissant l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 physique et morale et la dignit\u00e9 des travailleurs, ainsi que le bien-\u00eatre psychologique des travailleuses et des travailleurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 cette fin, des initiatives d\u2019information et de formation visant \u00e0 lutter contre, pr\u00e9venir et ne pas tol\u00e9rer les comportements discriminatoires fond\u00e9s sur la diversit\u00e9, en particulier les violences ou le harc\u00e8lement sexuel sur le lieu de travail, sont identifi\u00e9es, afin que soit garanti le respect de la dignit\u00e9 de chacun et que soient favoris\u00e9es les relations interpersonnelles, fond\u00e9es sur des principes d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 et d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 r\u00e9ciproque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les programmes de formation du personnel et des dirigeants, les entreprises devront inclure des informations sur les orientations adopt\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9vention du harc\u00e8lement sexuel et sur les proc\u00e9dures \u00e0 suivre en cas de harc\u00e8lement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seront pr\u00e9vues, sous la responsabilit\u00e9 des entreprises, des actions sp\u00e9cifiques de formation, \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser \u00e9galement \u00e0 travers les Fonds interprofessionnels, en mati\u00e8re de protection de la libert\u00e9 et de la dignit\u00e9 de la personne, afin de pr\u00e9venir l\u2019apparition de comportements configurables tels que le harc\u00e8lement sexuel et d\u2019en promouvoir des sp\u00e9cifiques visant \u00e0 diffuser la culture du respect de la personne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 cette fin, les Organisations syndicales organiseront des assembl\u00e9es du personnel sur ces th\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les entreprises mettront au point du mat\u00e9riel d\u2019information destin\u00e9 aux travailleuses et aux travailleurs sur le comportement \u00e0 adopter en cas de harc\u00e8lement sexuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un d\u00e9lai d\u2019un mois \u00e0 compter de la date de signature de la pr\u00e9sente C.C.N.T., les Parties identifieront un Code de Conduite \/ Lignes Directrices avec les mesures et proc\u00e9dures \u00e0 adopter dans la lutte contre les violences et le harc\u00e8lement sexuel sur le lieu de travail, qui sera repris par les entreprises.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top'>\n\t\n\t<a class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top-link'>\n\t\tRetour en haut\t<\/a>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>B Article 7-bis &#8211;
