Liquidaci\u00f3n por t\u00e9rmino de relaci\u00f3n laboral\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-clear'><\/div>\n\n\t<\/a>\n\t\n<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-faq-body' >\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-post-margin ewd-ufaq-faq-post'>\n\t\n<p>Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el Decreto Legislativo n\u00ba 252\/2005 y en el art\u00edculo 54 del presente C.C.N.L., en caso de terminaci\u00f3n de la relaci\u00f3n laboral, el trabajador tiene derecho a una indemnizaci\u00f3n por despido de conformidad con la Ley n\u00ba 297 del 29 de mayo de 1982.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los siguientes elementos son elementos \u00fatiles para determinar la liquidaci\u00f3n por t\u00e9rmino de relaci\u00f3n laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Salario tabular;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>indemnizaci\u00f3n por contingencias;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>antig\u00fcedad global del sector para los obreros e aumentos salariales cada dos a\u00f1os para los empleados;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cualquier aumento por m\u00e9ritos y\/o suplemento salarial;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00ba aguinaldo;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u00ba aguinaldo;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>indemnizaciones que no tengan car\u00e1cter ocasional;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>convenios integrativos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el complemento de antig\u00fcedad devengado hasta el 31 de mayo de 1982 por los trabajadores manuales, v\u00e9ase la anotaci\u00f3n oficial del art\u00edculo 56 del C.C.N.L. 25 de mayo de 2001.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top'>\n\t\n\t<a class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top-link'>\n\t\tVolver a la parte superior\t<\/a>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>B Art\u00edculo 55 &#8211;
