Baja por maternidad y paternidad\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-clear'><\/div>\n\n\t<\/a>\n\t\n<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-faq-body' >\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-post-margin ewd-ufaq-faq-post'>\n\t\n<p>Por lo que respecta al tratamiento de la baja por maternidad y paternidad, se remite a las disposiciones legales vigentes en la materia (Decreto Legislativo n\u00ba 151 del 26 de marzo de 2001, y sus modificaciones e integraciones posteriores \u2014Ley consolidada de disposiciones legislativas en materia de protecci\u00f3n y apoyo a la maternidad y la paternidad).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para las trabajadoras administrativas, se aplicar\u00e1 el siguiente tratamiento, siempre que sea m\u00e1s beneficioso que lo establecido por la ley:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>el pago de la retribuci\u00f3n completa durante los 4 primeros meses de ausencia y lo establecido en la legislaci\u00f3n mencionada en el apartado anterior durante el mes sucesivo, deducido el monto que las trabajadoras perciban en concepto de indemnizaci\u00f3n a cargo de la instituci\u00f3n de seguridad social, de conformidad con las disposiciones legales.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el periodo de baja por maternidad, el evento de enfermedad prevalece sobre la baja exclusivamente en caso de enfermedad grave de la madre, de conformidad con el art\u00edculo 22 del Decreto Legislativo n\u00ba 151 de 26 de marzo de 2001 y la Circular n\u00ba 68\/1992 de Inps.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top'>\n\t\n\t<a class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top-link'>\n\t\tVolver a la parte superior\t<\/a>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>B Art\u00edculo 52 &#8211;
