Interrupciones y suspensi\u00f3n del trabajo\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-clear'><\/div>\n\n\t<\/a>\n\t\n<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-faq-body' >\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-post-margin ewd-ufaq-faq-post'>\n\t\n<p>En caso de interrupci\u00f3n del servicio normal, se reservar\u00e1 a los trabajadores el siguiente tratamiento:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>por las horas perdidas, pero que est\u00e9n a disposici\u00f3n de la empresa, se abonar\u00e1 una retribuci\u00f3n global, con la facultad de la empresa de destinar a los trabajadores a otros puestos de trabajo;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>por las horas perdidas, por las que no se mantiene a los trabajadores en situaci\u00f3n de disponibilidad, al no haber sido avisados con la suficiente antelaci\u00f3n en relaci\u00f3n con la previsibilidad del suceso, se abonar\u00e1 el 70% del salario tabular por el primer d\u00eda de suspensi\u00f3n;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>por las horas perdidas que se hayan notificado a los trabajadores con la debida antelaci\u00f3n, no se abonar\u00e1 retribuci\u00f3n alguna.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>En los supuestos de reducci\u00f3n total o parcial del trabajo por las causas previstas en la legislaci\u00f3n vigente en materia de amortiguadores sociales, la empresa podr\u00e1 solicitar el Fondo de Garant\u00eda Salarial (CIG) de acuerdo con las modalidades establecidas en las normas citadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En caso de suspensi\u00f3n del trabajo por un periodo superior a 8 d\u00edas, el trabajador tiene derecho a dimitir con derecho a una indemnizaci\u00f3n en lugar del preaviso.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top'>\n\t\n\t<a class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top-link'>\n\t\tVolver a la parte superior\t<\/a>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>B Art\u00edculo 34 &#8211;
