Contratos de trabajo a plazo fijo por suministro y contratos temporales &#8211; Porcentajes de utilizaci\u00f3n\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-clear'><\/div>\n\n\t<\/a>\n\t\n<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-faq-body' >\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-post-margin ewd-ufaq-faq-post'>\n\t\n<p>Las partes acuerdan que los contratos de trabajo a plazo fijo por suministro y los contratos temporales, sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en la legislaci\u00f3n vigente, podr\u00e1n celebrarse hasta un total m\u00e1ximo del 35% de media anual, referida al a\u00f1o natural anterior a la contrataci\u00f3n, tomando como base el total de trabajadores con contrato indefinido, con un m\u00e1ximo del 15% previsto para el del suministro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A efectos del c\u00e1lculo del porcentaje al que se refiere, los trabajadores contratados a tiempo parcial se contabilizan en proporci\u00f3n a su jornada laboral relativa y el decimal se redondea a la unidad superior si es igual o superior a 0,5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso de la creaci\u00f3n de una nueva empresa, durante los 12 primeros meses de actividad, el l\u00edmite porcentual antes mencionado se calcula sobre el n\u00famero de trabajadores fijos vigentes en el momento de la celebraci\u00f3n del contrato al que se refiere este art\u00edculo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta 10 empleados, la proporci\u00f3n es de uno a uno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De 11 a 20 trabajadores, podr\u00e1n celebrarse un m\u00e1ximo de diez contratos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las proporciones anteriores deben entenderse, exclusivamente en cuanto a la disciplina mencionada, con referencia al contrato individual.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top'>\n\t\n\t<a class='ewd-ufaq-back-to-top-link'>\n\t\tVolver a la parte superior\t<\/a>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>B Art\u00edculo 16 &#8211;
