In this case, the parties shall meet in June 2025 to determine the value of the increase of contractual minimum starting from 1 July 2025 based on the data provided by ISTAT, taken from the \u201cHICP net of energy\u201d index for the year 2025 (expected HICP). The \u201cHICP net of imported energy\u201d index will be applied to the contractual minimum consisting of the standard minimum and contingency allowance.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This clause has no impact on the forecast of the 2021-2024 Final Balance provision, which will have to be applied in any case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In June 2026, based on the same index, the HICP balance having been settled for the year 2025, any increase in the contractual minimums will be determined, which will take effect on 1 July 2026 if the differential between the expected and actual HICP is positive.
