Working hours of discontinuous workers for the management of fair services and caretaking and control of areas and buildings (Agreement of 3 December 2003)\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-clear'><\/div>\n\n\t<\/a>\n\t\n<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-faq-body' >\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-post-margin ewd-ufaq-faq-post'>\n\t\n<p>Full-time and permanent workers not having continuity in their professional work in the performance of their duties are to be considered discontinuous.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, for such duties and for those of simple waiting or caretaking, reference is made to the subsequent job description and to the provisions of Royal Decree no. 692\/1923 and subsequent amendments and additions.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The aforementioned tasks identified in this article, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 1, paragraph 3 of this CCNL, are limited as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>day and night caretakers or guards at vehicle entrances;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>caretakers or guards working at trade fair, museum and other building entrances;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>personnel of firefighting services;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>personnel responsible for loading and unloading for internal services;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>personnel responsible for the monitoring of systems and areas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>If through the performance of several discontinuous tasks the intermediate down times determining the condition of a discontinuous task are cancelled, the working hours of the personnel assigned shall be subject to the rule laid down in Article 30, paragraph 2, of this CCNL. This rule does not apply in the case of occasional or sporadic work.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For workers covered by this Article, the contractual working hours are set at 45 hours per week.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The overtime bonus applies from the 46th hour per week.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The signatories to this agreement, together with the unitary union representative body or, where it is not constituted, the company union representatives, shall meet at a regional level for a discussion aimed at verifying the implementation of the rules contained in this article.
